According to my mate up there who attends most home games this is a bit of a " Micky mouse" cup where most teams field their stiffs and sqaud players but a wins a win and it can only breed confidence

The teams they played might not be taking it too seriously.

Scott Hunter, a Fort William player, has started a crowdfunder on their FB page in an effort to raise £1,000 to improve their situation. Considering their players only earn £20 per match it might make a difference. Last night when I made my modest donation the running total was standing at £3,810. Mon the Fort!

Fort's match v Wick was postponed yesterday due to a waterlogged pitch. Pity that as I thought they might at least get a draw. I think they were 1-0 up against Wick towards the end of last season when the game was postponed at h/t.

I haven't seen the table, but I believe Fort have moved off the bottom despite not playing today.

They have indeed 3rd bottom by goal difference with a game in hand ,not sure that helps though

Big game at home to Clachnacuddin for the Fort tonight, one of the two teams now below them in the division who have also lost every game. Surely if there's one league match they've got a chance in it's this one?

Great result, expected DC to be in meltdown this morning (theres still time). Reading the match report, Clach are the record Highland league winners with 18 Championships although their last was in 2003/4.

Only lost 4-0 away to a Buckie Thistle side who are top of the league today. Not too bad.

Albion Rovers used to be the whipping boys of Division 3 many years ago until the Scottish FA warned them to try and improve on the pitch

Promotion and relegation now so those teams have to be on their toes. East Stirling, Berwick Rangers have being replaced by teams from Highland/ Lowland Leagues. Watch out for Bonnyrigg Rose, who were promoted into the Lowland League this season, doing well and had a crowd of 3,200 for a Scottish Cup tie last season.
