NL19 Alliance League Cup 3rd round result
Rugby Town FC U19's 0-7 CFC Academy
Liam O'Neill RTFC Academy Manager -
“Firstly I would like to congratulate Callum and the Chester lads. They have come here today and took us apart . Without a shadow of a doubt they are the best academy team that I or any of my teams have come against in the last 3 seasons . They had pace ,power aggression and had a real structure to their game . We knew what their strengths were And we had spoken and watched them previously, knew how they play but we just couldn’t deal with their set plays or their pace or incisiveness on the counter attack.
This is all about development at this stage of a young players career and this I'm 100% certain will be a huge Lesson for our boys".

Calum has clearly hijacked Liam's laptop!
Joking aside - that's great to hear. Copy and paste this on social media ad nauseam as this is gold dust for would-be Academy players to hear.
