Notice that Stockport won at Harrogate in the FA Trophy yesterday, keeping their good run going. It appears that if they can get through one more round then we will lose out on a Saturday home game against them next month as it falls on the same date as one of the semi-final legs. That would just about sum this season up!

Not sure you are helping yourself here Rio. First you acknowledge a thread has been locked, so you post your response in a different thread to continue the topic. Secondly, knowing that you shouldn't be recording, you go to another club to do it. i also wonder whether Deva Chat could be held capable for unauthorised videos being shown . As far as I know Deva Chat is ran by Proboards which is a free service. I also decided to record yesterday’s game because I haven’t had any problems at the Etihad or Anfield in the past, and it wasn’t a Chester FC match.

You're still in breach of the EFLs ground regulations though Rio and you again risk getting booted out. For info. Mobile telephones and other mobile devices are permitted within the Ground PROVIDED THAT (i) they are used for personal and private use only (which, for the avoidance of doubt and by way of example only, shall not include the capturing, logging, recording, transmitting, playing, issuing, showing, or any other communication of any Material for any commercial purposes); and (ii) no Material that is captured, logged, recorded, transmitted, played, issued, shown or otherwise communicated by a mobile telephone or other mobile device may be published or otherwise made available to any third parties including, without limitation, via social networking sites.

To me, the rule seems nonsensical and unenforceable.
It says that it is OK to film at matches as long as it’s only for personal use. So if the club sees someone filming at matches, all they can do is ask the person why they’re filming. If that person says it’s just so that they can watch the highlights after the game, they have no right to instruct someone to stop or threaten them with ejection.
But once those highlights go onto YouTube, Twitter or whatever, suddenly the club is in breach of that regulation, but what are they supposed do about what somebody putting on the internet after the game’s finish?
Complete nonsense. To be honest, it needs somebody (whether it’s Rio or someone else) to challenge the rule.

What will happen is that the content (if found by the powers that be) can order the platform to take it down, running risk of the young lad having his channel removed off YouTube and/or facing further warnings to stop. There is a way around it, you CAN film inside the ground as long as you don't show the action. So filming your own reaction during key moments is FINE, which is how a number of the top Vloggers do it (for ref see some of the lads off Arsenal Fans TV). Up to Rio how he does it mind, but I would just be careful what content you end up sharing on these platforms. Is it worth the risk of an ejection or worse from the ground staff and/or football authorities?

So now we’ve got 2 threads about Rio’s videos, I particularly like the fact that he said he agreed with Si closing the original thread before starting it off again in a different thread completely unrelated to the original one, and one about spelling and grammar. Do you think that one day we might have a thread started about football, that doesn’t end up completely off topic by the time it reaches page two?

I wouldn’t waste your breath Al , it’s obvious that Rio is choosing to ignore the request from the Club , uploading highlights from our games when asked not to do so and then doing so again yesterday. Like many things the Law is an ass but if you choose to ignore it when your errors are pointed out then go on social media complaining about the club enforcing the rules and questionably looking for attention then you will struggle to get sympathy from me.

How many times do I have to say that I didn’t know their were any rules since I was informed during the Curzon Ashton game? If I did know prior to that then I wouldn't record in the first place. Although I believe their are signs located at each turnstile, you must understand I enter our stadium through our main office due to me being a volunteer - not through the turnstile. Also, I decided to record yesterday’s game because I haven’t had any problems whilst visiting other EFL or Premier League grounds, and yesterday’s game didn’t involve Chester FC or the National League, which is a different organisation to the Football League. Just look at some of the Tranmere Rovers and Rotherham United vloggers for example who have been recording matches for ages without being notified to leave the stadium. Could you please elaborate on where I was blaming ‘’the club’’ in my statement? I did say ‘’certain people have to realise such and such’’ but didn’t specifically refer to ‘’the club’’ did I? Anyway, I am getting tired of responding to you who doesn’t know the full story. Let’s see what comes out of Tuesday 🙄😴.

But surely you knew and understood the rules before going to Wigan but carried on breaking them regardless. I think you are exhausting the sympathy vote, I would quit while you still have some support.
