Terry Smiths lovechild. I’m convinced of it.

I don’t think was ever close to having anything to do with us. I also don’t think he’s as daft as he might seem. I think what he is is an unbelievable blagger whose tactic is to create so much self-publicity, he ends up blagging his way to something big. Part of me thinks good luck to him.

Did you think good luck to Terry Smith after he nearly finished us off?

Who the f*ck is Matt Higgins?
When I saw this I thought it was about an ex-right back who went from quite good to abysmal

Applied for the manager’s job that Bignot eventually got. “Soccer” coach Stateside, but from Chester.

Yeah Hannibal that’s the one.
The bloke reminds me of Maguire. An absolute chancer & luckily he was very transparent & got nowhere near the club. People like him do damage to the organisations naive enough to give them a chance. Like Maguire.

Ryan. Was good at first and just went shite. He’s retired now. Had a bad injury didn’t he? Bad heart. Was told if he didn't retire he was pretty much nailed on for a heart attack. Only 24 or something.

Bignot had his hands tied he tried his best but failed certain players need to take some of the blame they know who they were
I don't agree with his sacking timing though it was shambolic and that former board member who done it was out of order was not the time or place it spoilt the Youth lad's big day

Same here Cestrian likes of James Turnbull Rowe-Turner and a fair few others would not be fit to lace players like Dudley's or Stopforth's boots Still remember Kingsley at Kiddy in the Cup turning round to us and laughing at us

Liam Davies & Lucas Dawson were two of the worst players I’ve ever seen at the Deva. Dawson’s attitude was atrocious as well, hate is a strong word but I can’t bloody stand him.

I spent hundreds going to most southern aways and watching them people churn out that shite. Hate is justified in this case. Dawson makes my blood boil, as does James.

Struggle to be too critical of Bignot myself. In different circumstances he could have been a good fit for us, but he was probably the wrong choice for a relegation battle turned existential crisis.
To his credit, he took a punt on Jordan Archer, who did pretty well for us and ended up making us money, and it was him who gave the likes of Crawford and Jones a go, as well as Gary Roberts and Shaun Hobson, and Myles Anderson wasn’t bad for us either. His recruitment, even with no money to spend, was a darn sight better than McCarthy’s. He did fail to even make us well-organised and difficult to beat though, although in his defence he was working with some of the most disagreeable players we’ve ever had.
Guiseley were even worse than us last season, so I’m not surprised he isn’t working wonders there.

Awful manager, was never going to do a job for us. Another one team wonder manager. Done absolutely nothing since. Tactics were terrible, poor motivator. Had a the players to begin with and didnt turn it around. Not doing anything now but dragging another club down. Terrible how he was sacked, I agree with that, but don't tell me he was out answer, as he clearly wasn't, did the talk, didnt do the walk.

End of the day, Bignot came to club on the promise he'd keep us up at no increase to cost - a promise which other prospective candidates probably had the sense not to make. I can live with us going down, because that's football. But he spent more than he saved and still managed to get us relegated. Failure, liar, fraud.
