Same with me to, I donated a tenner but never received email tickets I don’t think you get emailed tickets as such, I think you’re just assigned tickets and if yours are drawn then they’ll email you to let you know that you’ve won. Email community@chesterfc.com with your donation reference from JustGiving and Jim will send you a picture of your raffle ticket numbers. That's what I've done.

If you've donated send an email to community@chesterfc.com with your reference.
Unless you specifically give consent, JustGiving doesn't share donor's contact details with charities.

Posting here what I have just put on twitter - a few pics and hopefully we will have some more news very soon. Last Friday had a site visit to the King George V @cfc_CommTrust Hub site with a major charitable foundation interested in the project. Took these pics of the classroom area. Not in too bad a nick. With any luck we'll have news soon about funding and lease progress chesterfc Don't forget you can raise money for the Community Trust AT NO COST TO YOURSELF if you register for Amazon Smile and select Chester FC Community Trust as your chosen Charity - Amazon then make a donation for most purchases you make and it is automatic. It really is SO simple: just click here: Chester FC Community Trust Amazon Smile

Thanks Neil. Yes the Scholar programme is due to start in September (subject of course to everything else that is going on...). We have received a promising number of applications and are hoping for more. Please feel free to forward this link on to anyone who you think might be interested - there is no other provision like it in the Chester area for young people interested in a career in football/sport/leisure and they will get first hand experience of working with Chester FC. It's safe to say this seems to have gone very stale. Following the squad builder and seeing that we will be offering contracts out very stringently (and rightly so in the current environment until we can work out a better budget), I think this is a good time to re-highlight how benifitial this project could be for to us and help develop more players for the future. It would be great to have something that will help our infrastructure and could help attract more players/fans/sponsors
It would be great to have an update on this as even though we have received donations and grants, there's doesn't seem to be an updated total for us to aim for. There was also a pledge from SM separate from the 1 mill for the KGV although I wouldn't be surprised if nothing comes from that, but any insight?
With the pandemic on I imagine everything is a bit up in the air so don't imagine to much news but where are we at with it all?

Just noticed this, you've got about 10 minutes to submit a question (I assume it's still going ahead) ''We hope that you can join us online on the night given the fact that we’re unable to have any fans attending inside the Blues Bar that evening – we’d also like to invite any questions you have for that meeting. Please email jeff.banks@chesterfc.com with any questions you may have for the meeting, by 5pm Sunday 13th September, so that we can pass on to the relevant person' cityfansunited.com/city-fans-united-zoom-meeting-mon-14th-september/

'A planning application has been submitted for Chester’s proposed community sports hub. Chester FC Community Trust and Cheshire West and Chester Council are working in collaboration to develop the sports hub in Blacon. If approved, the application will see planning permission granted for a new full-size floodlit 3G pitch and sports pavilion off Blacon Avenue, together with improved access, car parking and ancillary works. This forms a key part of the wider vision for King George V Sports Hub, which also includes the improvement of the grass pitches and existing pavilion at the adjacent King George V playing fields'. kgvsportshub.co.uk/sports-hub-planning-application-submitted/

We would really appreciate your help demonstrating to the council that the new sports hub is needed and will be an asset to the local community. The sports hub will provide a new 3G pitch that for use by local clubs and leagues, a new clubhouse the community can hire, new employment and education opportunities, and support the improvement of King George V playing fields and the pavilion. Importantly the site will remain open to the public for the play area and recreation. If you can spare two minutes to comment on the planning application and confirm your support it will be greatly appreciated. You can either: 1) Visit the online portal at www.cheshirewestandchester.gov.uk/residents/planning-and-building-control/see-or-comment-on-planning-applications.aspx and search for reference 20/03772/FUL 2) Email your comment to planning@cheshirewestandchester.gov.uk quoting reference 20/03772/FUL The deadline is 13 November and the planing meeting is on 1 December. Thank you 🙏
