It won’t. They are poor this season and we have a better side than we did when we last won this league. Wales won’t even qualify for the Euros 😂

No great lover of Aldershot, but on Saturday, I will be cheering them on to add to the goats worries. Come on you Shots!

Panic starting to set in on Goat passion. They are not confident of getting any points at Aldershot. I try and visit RP once a day. Always cheers me up.

I've tried to get on Red Passion several times, but they don't accept Hotmail and Gmail. Any ideas how I can get on. I need therapy.

Looks like Wrexham have lost the relegation 6 pointer - Shots score in the 94th min!

Looks like Wrexham have lost the relegation 6 pointer - Shots score in the 94th min! I think that's Hughes' P45 in the post. Probably better off for them in the long run that they've lost that game as it would only have delayed it.

Looking like they are firmly in the relegation zone after today’s scores.
I fully expect Hughes to be gone before their next game unfortunately

Conceeding 94th minute goals are the type of things that happen, when you are struggling. Another 6 pointer at Flyde on Tuesday. Lose and they really will be in it.

All managers need time and who knows where he might take them...

All managers need time and who knows where he might take them... I don't see them improving much if they change manager TBH. I work with a couple of WXM fans their opinion is that some of the players they have would struggle in our league. This season they have not been unlucky they are a poor side. Without some good lone signings or major improvement they are going to really struggle this season. We often say at the beginning of the season 'give it 10 games before making judgements' well they have had more than that, and the table doesn't lie. If you look at their next 10 games IF they play like they are now I cannot see them getting many pts

To suceed in it you ned physicality or pace. If you have niether, its going to be a long hard season.

Goats will be fine as usual but it is enjoyable to see at the moment ☺ I am enjoying the ride while it lasts but I said the same thing to my son today, in a perfect world Chester go up and Wrexham get relegated. In reality I will be surprised if it happens as it is early days in the season and the Wrexham fans won't tolerate this situation much longer. In the mean time it has made my day

In reality I will be surprised if it happens as it is early days in the season and the Wrexham fans won't tolerate this situation much longer. In the mean time it has made my day I have thought long and hard about the WXM situation and realised why they are down there. Now we all know how they are the perpetual 'playoff bottlers'. My theory? Well in the past they only had to worry about 4 play off places, then someone decided to change it to 6 play off spots. They nearly ended up getting promoted! So I think the reason they are down there is because of last season SHOCK ''f@@k that we nearly got promoted there! we had better stay at the bottom as far away from there as possible'' ''too risky up there''

Plenty of people on RP questioning Fans Ownership and calling for Private ownership ( Sound faniliar?). They may struggle ? Doesnt Glyndwr own the ground and lease it to the Supporters Trust.

I think they have short memories. They nearly went bust under private ownership a few years back. They are running in profit and getting really good crowds. Private ownership MAY improve this until the money dries up, then what? Another Bury? All of this is an hypothesis but IF they got bust under private ownership it might be difficult to get a phoenix club into the English leagues or at least it would pose problems. All of this 'sack the manager' stuff is a theme that seems to come round every year. Every manager struggles there at some time because of the unrealistic expectations of some of their deluded fans who put pressure on based on the assumption that 'they are too big for non league football'. I think the reason they (the club) give long contracts is because..managers know they are a 'sacking club' and before they sign they insist on a long contract to improve their pay out when they inevitably get sacked for 'under performing'. No manager worth his salt would manage them because they will not be given time to sort it out, be sacked before they do and the damage done to their reputation based on their time at Wrexham

Fingers crossed it happens one day.

Merthyr Tydfil reformed as Merthyr Town in 2010 and were allowed back into the English pyramid, and play in the Southern League South (two levels below us) today.
