Superb game that.
Just watched the penalty shootout at Hayes & Yeading. Carlisle won it in sudden death after coming back from 2-0 down in extra time.

Huge congratulations to Marine Beaten Colchester on pens I know it's completely irrational but I still can't shake off the "what could've been" thought but I'm chuffed for NY and hope they get a plum draw in the next round Agree if only!!

Ex-Chester loanee James Roberts has put National League South side Oxford City level against EFL Northampton in front of the BT cameras.
Oxford City are aiming to become the 12th National League side and 14th overall non-league side in the Second Round draw.

Roberts, who has been easily the best player on the pitch (Northampton can’t handle him)... has just missed a penalty. Perfect opportunity to put the minnows in front.

Our league is already getting ridiculous. After today there's some Clubs that have played 8 games, some have played 4 and we're only just getting the crap weather where more games will be called off.
The usual teams at the top are winning Gloucester, Spennymoor etc. Asante on a hattrick after 23 minutes, it be typical for him to have an injury free season considering how many games it cost us last season.

Eastleigh vs Hartepool abandoned at half time due to waterlogged pitch. The Pools must be gutted having made that journey for nothing. Not like Eastleigh to have pitch issues 😡

Matty Waters has scored a screamer to put Curzon Ashton in front against AFC Fylde. Elsewhere, Gloucester City are currently maintaining their unbeaten start by leading 1-0 at Hereford FC, although Akwasi Asante missed a great chance to double their lead by missing a penalty. Also, Saturday’s opponents Brackley Town are currently 2-0 down at home to a resurgent Kidderminster Harriers.

Amazing from Marine and really pleased for Young. Not sure when an eighth-tier team last reached the 3rd round.

Superb for Youngy that.
Last minute of extra time winner against a side two leagues above them.
Imagine if they get Liverpool or Everton in the next round, gutting there’ll either be none or very, very limited fans.

An unbelievable achievement, I hope they get one of the biggest prem teams in the next round, they deserve it. This was their 7th FA Cup match this season, with stream. TV money and prize money they must have pocketed near 100k by now, then there’s the next round where it could be televised.

The only other time they've reached the third round, they drew Crewe away. Hope they have a bit more luck this time.

Yes what they need is a top prem side at home as there will be no gate money just TV money. The ballerinas wont know how to cope with basic facilities
