Give Wyll an extended contract before someone else snaps him up. The only non National League player in the England squad. There is a Worthing player from the NL South in the squad as well. Wyll is the only one from our division.

“Give Stanway a new contract” isn’t quite as straight forward as that is it. What if we have and he doesn’t want to sign because he’s had a good season and has bigger ambitions? We will be due compensation if he doesn’t sign either way.

The above is the more likely outcome unfortunately, clubs will have already spoken with him or his agent about next season

We will be due compensation if he doesn’t sign either way. That's fair enough, as long as the fans are kept in the picture in terms of the club being proactive in offering a player new terms. If he has higher ambitions or doesn't think the new deal is good enough then we have to accept and respect the players choice.

The fact we don’t know what league we’re going to be in is a big factor too
