If you can’t see the considerable progress we have made under MB that itself is embarrassing. Tonight just wasn’t our night. We certainly deserved something from the game. He needs to continue to use the loan market well but there was enough there to suggest we will be ok. Obviously very disappointed with the result but the performance especially second half gives me hope. A 1-0 home loss to them certainly won’t shape our season long term. I do hope folk behaved themselves as I look forward to attending the racecourse without pc plod treating me like I should be in HMP? What we may have deserved and what we got are two different things. And as I've said before 'deserving' won't keep us up. |

Thats why i asked to delete it...i mean cmon he add's NOTHING to any thread and this has already descended into bull... And i'll leave this thread alone from this moment on. I take your point but this isn't the old Devachat and I vowed to never censor opinion. I'd ask that folks refrain from personal abusive so either debate him, add him to your ignore list, or just simply scroll past it. It only descends into "utter bull" when people abuse me and don't debate the issues. As far as me not adding anything to any thread you are wrong. I voice my opinion on what I see. Let him have his opinion,I make that averaging 1 point a game ,not a great improvement There has been no improvement under Bignot. He is worse than McCarthy. we are sleep walking to the conference North. There has been improvement. I agree we are going down though and it was a poor appointment - but the issue was the non sacking earlier of the south african mccarthy. |

We have made progress in our performances but we are still not picking up enough points to stay up. We're not clinical enough in the final third and we're forever conceding poor, sloppy goals. That said,
I disagree with the OP's suggestion of sacking the manager - still think he needs his time to clear out the stench of the CuckCarthy regime.

I just got home and although disappointed at the loss feel quite positive that but for a shocking referee and the Goats spoiling tactics we should have got at least a point from the game. The goal was scored from a wrongly awarded free kick and Wrexham parked the bus from the moment they scored. I agree that James and Hannah were poor, but they should have been playing with 10 men for most of the second half. White (who is also poor missed a golden opportunity to become a legend) should have done better within less than a minute of coming on when presented with a free header 2 yards out but headed over with no-one within yards of him. The improvement is that we competed with the so-called best team in the league who played the referee as well as or better than Solihull did last season. I forgot ~~ 2 very good penalty shouts never even considered by the official.

Rushed back from a vacation to attend the game tonight. No plan B from the dreadful Bignot. He shouldn't have got the job in the first place and needs to be sacked tomorrow to give us any chance of staying up. Tactically he hasn't got a clue. He continues to pick overweight and unfit Astles. I saw Astles make a 10 yard run tonight and he was out of breath !!!! Kingsley James is not a professional footballer. PERIOD. Was Hannah on the pitch ? Thoroughly depressing and even worse was seeing Maguire laughing and joking with his Director buddies at the final whistle.FFS we have just lost to our fierce enemy and this clown is having a laugh and a joke. Maguire must also go. Good night from the voice of reason. To be fair , when I saw Maguire, he was down in front of the tunnel, ranting at Wrexham players for over milking it, and telling them to " just get of the ffin pitch" |

As a wxm fan . I would say you'd be mad to sack your manager . You play d really well tonight and with a bit of luck would have had two goals , couple of inches your 2/1 up . Ffs it's a game of fine. Margins.

I think MB must wonder what the hell he has inherited From JM and is doing his best to turn things around with little or no budget left.
Even I can see an improvement in the team and with the loan players MB has brought in plus Gough and Archer have helped make us look a half decent team, could you do better whopper3 under the same circumstances ?
Archer maybe a little raw but he has made a leap and has been shoved in the team and I am confident he will come good all credit to him, RH and KJ don't look half the players they were and RH has lost his scoring boots for sure.
I could see the frustration on MB face tonight and he was on the touch line barking orders and trying to motivate them and I could see the passion he has for this club, he clearly is the right man for this club and is doing his best with what he has.
Come January he will do what he can but even then he will have a job on his hands given that the club allowed JM to spend the budget and given certain players long contracts, so if you can do better whopper3 get down the club and help instead of being a keyboard critic.
