Given we are close to the bottom of our division we can't expect to be much better than those in the division beneath us. Saw Bath City for first time on Saturday as live there now. A division lower but no overwhelming difference.

God, you're a berk! TITLE AND Cup double, it says. The Cup was a bonus alongside going from literally nothing to the Conference - the same level you're stuck at - in 3 years.

I'm fairly confident that there wouldn't have been an open top bus parade if we didn't win the league title. You little tinker!

If you look their forum they had a number of players out for Saturday's game. A couple of those at least were back for this game I think. I don't think they played kids like we did, but we still should be beating them.

I think goatsandroses is one of the less bright Wrexham fans. After all does he realise that goats is NOT a term of endearment, lol.

We really do need to be trying to secure some money for him to operate, as this bunch of McClowns are going to get us relegated.

I'd imagine that some of the fringe players probably realise that they are surplus to requirements, so hardly an incentive for them to bust a gut in a fairly meaningless game.
On the other hand, Alty players probably saw it as an opportunity to put themselves in the shop window, irrespective of who made the starting line up.
As well as ability, it also comes down to drive and determination - something which seems unfathomable for us fans to see from the sidelines.

I bet there's quite a few Wrexham fans unaware of lots of things, such as Parentage on their fathers side, the fact you can purchase gloves with spaces for only five digits, how to hold a knife and fork and suchlike. They have enough to be worrying about, hardly think they would be remotely interested in anything about us to be honest.

We stopped entering it for years before having to play in it again from the late 1990s onwards, and when we have played in it we've put our reserves/kids out in it the vast majority of the time. We did win the Cheshire Bowl/Premier Cup a number of times in that period against Crewe, Stockport and Tranmere.
