Another masterstroke from JC right at the end of the day yesterday, wording the Motion not against the Government, but against the Prime Minister herself. Absolute genius.
We now know, after last week, that over a hundred Tory MPs do not want her to remain in charge. By tabling the Motion in this form, he has presented the Conservative backbenchers a way to support him in the vote without bringing down the Government. If the Motion succeeds, Corbyn will not only have outlasted two Prime Ministers in his time as leader, he will also have brought one down. Who can claim he isn't an effective Leader of the Opposition? Yeah that went well didn't it Manky?? |

Except there have literally been two cases within the last couple of months of two front-bench Tories doing the same in Parliament and nobody batted an eye-lid. Phillip Hammond called Andrea Jenkyns a stupid woman and David Mundell was recorded shouting "bitch" at Yvette Cooper. Weird how neither of those incidents resulted in the sort of wall-to-wall coverage this episode has garnered. Aside from that, its absolutely hilarious to see Tories on this thread and on the news now using the sort of PC liberal identity nonsense they claim to hate so much as a stick with which to beat Corbyn. Pathetic opportunistic wankers. |

- 32,000 badgers being caged and shot in the biggest destruction of wildlife Britain has ever seen
- homeless death yards from parliament (no doubt one of many throughout the country)
- Theresa May pushing for all post-Brexit migrants to earn in advance of £30,000 per year (which of course is the only way of measuring how someone “contributes” to society) I can see that really helping out the NHS for example eh
