Would've pissed the election this time with Andy Burnham at the helm. Corbyn's position is untenable, needs to go, he'll never win back the lost voters. Massive rebuild for Labour.
The far left lost this election. Social media is the worst thing to happen to the Labour party.

He's put me on a 50% warning because I got fed up of his drivel and said so in no uncertain terms and he's used his moderating power to try and silence me. I think “in no uncertain terms” is a tad understated. You can’t go round calling other posters effing C’s because you have a different political opinion. I won’t entertain the libellous drivel in your second paragraph. Sorry precious. If you can't take it hold it in yourself. Libellous drivel what on earth are you on about. You've driven everybody crackers on here with your relentless, inane utterings over the past 2 or 3 days and I for one was fed up with it, but you use your power to try and silence me. As for the other idiot who has 2 Jewish friends who both voted Labour. I can assure him they are in the minority.

But it's ok for you to call Tories "bastards" because you have a different political opinion? I didn’t aim it at anybody. It’s just what they’re called! referring to a political party as “Tory bastards” is a bit different than replying to a poster on here with “change the record you f****ing c**t” I’d say. You've used the exactly same word as I used but it's ok for you to use it. Your not fit to be a moderator.

Nah, too centrist and would be a backwards step IMO.
We’ve got to keep the Momentum we’ve built over the past five years going and elect a shadow cabinet that is serious about offering an alternative to the neoliberal elite and championing hope of change for the many.

Not really because you and the other Sons of Corbyn on here pre-election were telling us how wonderful he is. If anyone dared question him, his shills or his policies they’d end up receiving personal abuse from you. Turns out the country wanted anyone but Corbyn and his far-left policies. So maybe if Labour had someone cut from the same cloth as Burnham they’d not have had such a hiding.

Funny how wanting to give children a hot meal, wanting to give homeless people somewhere to live and wanting to stop full-time nurses from having to use food banks to feed their families is considered “hard left” and “extremist”.
I’m guilty, Your Honour.

I don't really come on this thread too much as I'm nowhere near as clued up on politics as the contributors to it, but honestly some of the stuff on here is really embarrassing. I totally understand that such an important issue is always like to evoke passionate arguments on both sides of the fence, but can we all agree to leave personal stuff out of it. Disagree and counter argue as much as you like, but please do so in a way that respects the opinions of others. I include everyone in that. I really don't want to close this thread down as I don't want to suppress free speech on here about an important issue, and ultimately it's a good thing that people do feel passionately about the way the country is run, but when I'm reading tit for tat about who meant 'c**t' in the worst way and some of the other close to the bone comments on here then I'll just shut the thread down if it continues.

I see Uri Geller is claiming credit for Boris Johnson's success.
Couldn't write that really, could you? An opportunist conman who has made a career out of deception and has been exposed countless times as a fraud and a charlatan... has apparently been helped into No. 10 by Uri Geller.

Now the runners and riders seem set in stone I’m fully behind Rebecca Long-Bailey and Angela Rayner running on a joint ticket for the Labour leadership and Deputy. They would make an absolutely immense leadership duo.
Both working class, both Northern, both female, both committed to continuing Labour’s true socialist values.
Having said that, I’d like to see Ian Lavery in a key position in any future shadow cabinet.

Whoever the next Labour leader is he/she will have no chance unless Momentum are not involved in his/her election and he/she can prove that they're not a puppet for the Corbynistas (which I doubt they will be able to do). Truth is Mr Corbyn you've done the impossible and made me a Tory. Viva Boris!

Definition of insanity and all that being totally backed up by a Rayner/Long-Bailey joint ticket. Awful idea. Zac Goldsmith, what a story.
Son of humble billionaire, at 23 made editor of a magazine (owned by his uncle), gets Tory nomination for leafy London seat at 32, loses the seat twice in three years,(also losing London mayoral race).
Now elevated to the House of Lords. Truly, the British dream.

I've moved on from Corbyn now. Time you did as well.
