Billy Joe Saunders. Always disliked him but the footage today has taken my dislike to a whole new level. The video shows him preying on a vulnerable and desperate individual for a perverse laugh. It also involves an innocent individual being dragged into a deeply unpleasant situation for Mr Saunders' own kicks. Absolutely deplorable behaviour. Just read about that. What a piece of shit! Same fella who got his son to punch another boxer in the balls not long ago. Someone needs to knock him out. A prime example of someone with a bit of cash using it to exploit someone who is in a very bad place. It is up there with those Leicester City FC rejects in Thailand as exploitative and warped. It really is a disturbing vid on so many levels. Also, asking for his "mate" what he does shows he might have taken one too many punches. Those cretins on "Twitter" commenting that it is funny are just as bad. However, judging from their profile pics and "re-tweets" you can tell they are the type who would love a bit of "lad banter" like this.

I know he's already been mentioned but 'Tommy Robinson'. Not only a racist and an idiot, but a big crybaby as well. Not everything is about you, you moron.

Not one person, but that whole generation of sixtysomething baby-boomers who somehow have convinced themselves they fought Hitler, despite having been born at least 10 years too late. They were all in evidence at the Leave means Leave right whinge fest in Bolton, advocating a hard Brexit because ‘we coped during the War’. Like they know anything about that, the total frauds. They also pop up on Daily Mail comments pages and BBC Question Time asking for National Service to be brought back, despite none of them ever doing it.

Yes, obviously you try not to generalise but it's hard not to get brassed off with a significant portion of that generation. What's left of the one before them actually lived through the War, and they don't talk about it half as much! A large number of them don't seem to realise they lived through about the easiest period in British history, and now that things like jobs, housing, freedom of movement etc barely affect them, they continue to vote in close-minded ways that make it more difficult for everyone else. These guys lived through the '60s, then punk rock. Why are they such a dull and cynical bunch?
Still, equally annoying are millennials who mouth off on social media all the time but don't actually do anything. The ones at Glastonbury saying "well I would have voted Remain but didn't get round to it". Saw comments on Facebook from 20-somethings after the vote, admitting they didn't vote but still giving an opinion on it. If young people voted in the same number as the 60+ group, election results might be very different.

Typical of you two to hijack this thread with your sweeping generalisations. The whole tenor of the thread was nominating one person. For example, Keir Starmer.

I did admit it was a generalisation, but it is statistically true that people are more likely to vote for right-wing parties the older they are, and that younger people are more likely not to vote.

Please forgive my ignorance, but what exactly does the word I've high-lighted actually mean. Thanks in advance to whoever answers my question. Ps Derek Hatton.

Heidi Allen (another dozy bint) Oh dear, why the need to use such a derogatory term against women who happen to have differing political opinions to yourself? Do you see them as a threat to your clearly fragile masculinity? Also, for you to label anybody else ‘dozy’ demonstrates an incredible lack of self-awareness.
