Feisty interview with Calum Mcintyre - Those negative about how we play are simply jealous of how well we're doing especially with lack of resources end of story I'd love to see the video of the match. If it was half as good as Calum's after match interview it would have been something very special.

I certainly think there should be some financial reward from the FA for clubs like us that aren't privileged enough to receive the funding that ex league clubs get. Not to go towards the first team, but a ringfenced sum once we get to first round proper to pump back into the youth setup. Callum is working absolute miracles with that youth team and it would be great to see a bit more backing from the FA for a successful grass roots setup operating with volunteers and donations from supporters.

Perhaps this is the exact thing the sale of Wembley to that oligarch could benefit.

Its really no wonder that the youth team are doing so well. Cain Noble and Lloyd Marsh Hughes could probably play in the Conference North now. We should get this pair on 2 year contracts asap.

I agree, we should be giving some of these young lads a chance. Keep on pushing this group, they certainly look promising

Great result, well done to Calum and all the staff and volunteers, and in particular the lads.
Barnsley will not fancy it at the Deva, but will be a big step up.

Congratulations to everyone associated with producing another great result.
I know a fair number on here understand and appreciate how well we do at youth level given our limited resources but amongst the fan base as a whole I think the achievements are underestimated.

Hannibal the goal highlights are on the Hartlepool twitter page, sorry no idea how I would get it on here.

Be nice to see us bring through lots of young players is what I’m saying Which is what we do. 3 given professional contracts the season just gone, 4 this season and if things continue like they are we might be on for 5 promoted next season! Or maybe just scrap recruitment for the summer and offer the lot of them a deal 🤩

The passion he shows is amazing!!

Certainly don't think it's anyone connected with Chester, so it does sound like jealousy.

Possibly goats fans who came to Chester expecting a win and were soundly beaten.

Can't see much beyond Orient and Salford for promotion. Pearson off to Notts County when you bottle it again. As for the baby goats they tried but it Just wasn't enough, Just sets them up nicely for future disappointment. Did anyone find out who the Wrexham coach was who shouted "Do you know I am?"
