Out of the current squad of clowns I would only retain the following Lynch Hunt Astles Mahon Alabi Hughes Boot the rest out - I will take the job and do it for free for a season so Macca The Clown can be paid off as he hasn't big enough balls to show them the door - Good grief. This sounds like a Monty Python sketch about ridding the world of all known diseases. One thing I do know is that if you took over we would have record of won none, drawn none, lost 46 🙄 |

What makes you so sure of that even Terry Smith had a better record than that and I certainly know a lot more about football than him. Anyway its all hyperthetical - my point in this thread is we need major surgery players need to be shown the door because we can't afford a third poor season with these players as I think it will be a much tougher league next year - the club need a scouting system in place to scour lower and Welsh leagues that's how we got Ian rush remember - to retain them ALL is madness

I think it's too easy from the sidelines to say the Manager's job is easy. Footballers are human beings, they need leadership and motivation. I too would like a better squad, but I think the way forward is to keep the majority of the players and add some quality; if we can afford it. Put this isn't Football Manager, the players don't come with a list of attributes, they have to be assessed and it's not as easy as it seems to get right. Despite recent results I still trust Macca to do a good job here.
Young changed the squad too much each season, and it found us out in the conference.
