Ratcliffe was found guilty of calling James Hussaney a “f***king black c**t.” I don’t think Wright was ever found guilty of any racial abuse. Aah right. Classy. Not to say Wright wasn’t a wrong’un. Just stating the facts with regards the racial abuse.

I think Wright's problem was his relationship with Vaughan.

I think Wright's problem was his relationship with Vaughan. As well as his racism and treatment of his wife. Sort of adds up to a bad egg.

Just reading the latest edition of the Backpass retro football magazine and there was an article about a Bolton player who has just reached his 90th birthday.Anyway the Bolton ex players committee put on a party for him and one of the players in the photo was Ian Seddon. Now he was classy midfield player from the great 74-75 season. For me he would be a good shout for the hall of fame.

Yes Seddon was a class act. We paid a modest fee for him after we sold the Annexe for £290k, which was a lot of money back then.
