I would like to say a big thank you to the chester fans that attended Chris scarfy williams funeral in Wrexham today.
A huge turn out with loads of wxm shirts on show , it was nice to see the chester lads in their shirts all mingling together.
its at times like this that we should all stand together and remember it's just a game . Thanks again for the wonderful send off from both sets of supporters .

Next Tuesday it's Garry Allen's funeral. It would be great if some Wrexham fans owe us back.

It would be nice , but scarfy had worked at airbus for 40 years so I imagine he knew most of the chester lads from there.

Sometimes it's not even about who supports who the two lads who sadly passed away were great individuals and respect to both - rivalry on the Football field doesn't even come into the equation

Can I add my thanks too to the Chester fans who attended, touching service that had one great line from this die hard Wrexham fan.
In the tribute it was said that Denise, Scarfy's wife, often said 'sometimes I think you love Wrexham Football club more than me' and Scarfy's tongue in cheek reply was:'I love Chester more than you!'
