They’re the strongest team in the National League now, so they shouldn’t feel too disheartened.

Bottom of the league, 5 points from safety after losing a relegation 6 pointer.
You'd be fearing the worst tonight to say the least!

As always, being a Chester fan, I can't help feel we'll end up slipping up and they'll end up staying up. It's just the way it is.
However, I'm going to enjoy every moment of their current predicament. I'd happily give my left bollock to see them go down into the PUB league with the PUB teams.
Massive, absolutely massive. 😂😂 You goat bastards

Still got a feeling they'll survive. Making it hard for themselves though, 25/30 points needed to give yourself half a chance by Christmas. I can't see them getting much out of that lot really. If they are to survive they will need at least 30 more pts or around 1.5 a game. If they cannot beat a very poor Ebbsfleet side they are going to struggle. Most of those teams are hitting some kind of form. Wrexham however are in a real dip right now.

Protesting against what? They're supporter owned. Hold an EGM and replace the board if necessary (as we threatened to in early 2018 but we forced their hand in the end). They have only themselves to blame for this mess. As did we two years ago, just for the sake of ballance.

I do know they have a different model to us as they have a WST and a Board. Perhaps one of out Wrexham posters could explain it to us - we don’t seem to hear much from them these days

If/when they go down, will they go into The Welsh Premier League? No, doesn't work like that. They'd stay in the English league system. There is a Welsh club playing below us in the English pyramid - Merthyr Town.

In our case though, I distinctly remember fans urging the board to do the right thing with McCarthy several months before they actually did so it's a tad unfair to say we were all equally at fault for that particular mistake.

A couple of goats at work reckon the board want to run the club down, then get them to apply to Welsh Prem rather than English leagues. Become the biggest club in that season and get champs league qualifying every year when they win the league. Apparently the money even at those early stages is massive to clubs our size. I’ve always laughed at them and said it’s rubbish. But maybe it’s not.

Saying that the most of the fans are thinking the Club is dying. It does seem something more than just the poor results is going on.

The fact is they are proud to be Welsh ,but not that proud that they won't play in their own national League and represent their country in European competition. Same can be said for Swansea Cardiff Newport and all .When they become an independent country their hand maybe forced

Ho Hum. Not the boards fault and anyway the deck is rigged against Welsh clubs so please don't protest on Saturday is my take on this. Doubt this will go down well with many Wrexham fans.
The Wrexham Supporters Trust, Football Club Board, Manager and Players of Wrexham AFC want to apologise to you regarding the position we currently occupy in the National League.
Despite upping the playing budget going into the season by over 20% versus the prior season, it hasn’t worked and the club currently sits in its lowest ever league position.
As lifelong fans of the club ourselves who follow the team up and down the country, we fully understand the frustration, embarrassment and upset this is causing everyone and that we need to urgently address the situation.
The Board and Dean Keates met today and talked through the steps necessary to turn this situation around and discussed the investment needed in further additions to the squad we will need to make in January.
We have to wait until January, because as a Welsh Club playing in the English National League we are bound by the international transfer window (this does not apply to the England based National League clubs), and these rules mean we cannot make any permanent signings until the transfer window is open in January. As a matter of urgency, we plan to bring in loan additions who can help us in the short term.
We fully understand the anger from fans and respect the right to make feelings known. Given the current circumstances, your club and team need you more than ever on a matchday to give us the best chance of pulling clear of this situation and that’s something everyone connected to Wrexham Football Club wants and something we all can rally around.
Ultimately, we understand that we are accountable for everything that happens at the football club, the good along with the bad but would urge everyone to pull together in the same direction until this situation is addressed.
Your fantastic support is always appreciated.

Ultimately, we understand that we are accountable for everything that happens at the football club, the good along with the bad but would urge everyone to pull together in the same direction until this situation is addressed. Your fantastic support is always appreciated. So the reason for all of this is because the pesky English FA won't let them sign players until January? They are a joke the goats. they choose to play in the English system when there is a perfectly good welsh league they could play in..which is why certain sanctions are put on these welsh clubs, you can't have your cake and eat it. It's different when they want to object against red cards and go running to the Welsh FA of course. My opinion of all of this is; for a club with crowds of £4k and a budget in the upper regions of the N/L something stinks in that club. The money they have had over the last few years in transfers alone should be making a difference, but it's not. They seem to go for the cheaper option EVERY time managers, players, staff. It's all very strange.
