Do you think? £1m is loose change to a team like Leicester. How long did it take them to pay us 100k?. Just because they 'could' pay it in full does not mean they have. The fact the goats have not recruited better players is a clue to that IMO 650k budget too. Other than a few who are bank rolled, that's more than enough of a play off budget. Macc won it under 400k

Yeah for a club that gets over 4,000 most home games to be in the bottom 4 of that division, 3 points from safety after 12 games there's something seriously not right. It makes sense to replace him asap. It's still a very tight division - only 5 points separate Aldershot down in 20th and Barrow in the final play-off spot. Yeovil were down the wrong of the table early doors but have since put a good run together and find themselves up to 4th. If they can get a half decent manager and put a little run together they'll be out of trouble in no time - sadly!!

Full time and paying daft wages? Bryn Law mentioned it, whole argument that fan ownership is not working for them. They maybe shite on the pitch at the moment but the board they want sacking seem to have made the Club sustainable and profitable.

Can someone conform that the King's Lynn game is not postponed due to them still being in the FA Cup?

I echo what some have said about how they've made similar mistakes to us in 2017. Offering a rookie manager a lengthy contract, and being too slow to get rid of him even though it's obviously not working. If/when they sack him, that's going to cost them too, so the new manager will need to get them grinding out results with not much to work with. I suspect they will stay up, but their season is not going to be pretty.
The difference is that AT THE TIME McCarthy was offered a contract extension here, it seemed a sensible enough decision and most of us supported it. Hughes' appointment seemed a quixotic one even at the time and personally I would have been asking serious questions about it.

Especially as playing a team with less points having played one game more, smaller floodlights, never beat Arsenal and never had ex employees in HM Prisons ?

I know a couple of Wrexham fans who recon they are piss poor. Cannot score, cannot defend and crap midfield who can't pick a pass or tackle. They can't defend a lead either, led loads of games and chucked them away. They are not down there by accident, they where they deserve to be. IF they are to improve they really need to make a raft of changes. I noticed that the fans want a CEO and a Director of football both of these are high paid jobs, couple that with paying the manager off and players on contracts who they want rid of and it don't look good

Correct. There’s not a cat in hells chance of them being relegated. Their fan base is far too big and strong for that and they won’t stand by and do nothing. I will pledge £100 to our Squadbuilder if they are relegated.

Whether that's down to genuine belief or blind hope he can turn it round is debatable. I remember Maguire putting out a statement in McCarthy's final days about how they were sure things would 'click' any minute. Even at the time, it sounded more like hope than expectation.

Not exactly a demise is it? Let's keep things in perspective. They are a league higher than us with better crowds, and they ain't out of the FA Cup in the second qualifying round for the first time in their history because their managers appear to be worried about forthcoming fixtures vs Leamington and Kings Lynn. Yes, let's all have a laugh. I'm pissing myself.

Very strange releasing a statement so late. No avoiding the embarrassment that this has caused the Club and the board members. The situation is so similar to ours, they’re now looking for their Bignot the only difference they’ll be ok, sadly

Has he ? just when you think things couldn't get any better, oh well lets hope the next manager turns out to be a disaster as well lol. At least he will have to work with the players they have, did they pay Hughes off ?
