I clearly heard booing at half time , games like Saturday are always going to be difficult when a team drop deep with 10 to 11 men behind the ball. Hurst (10) for BPA did a great job in closing down the midfielder who dropped deep be it Glendon or Stopforth which meant we were forced to go longer which suited the BPA game plan. Sadly there is an element of the supporter base that feel entitled because they saw us beat a team in the equivalent of league 1 in the early 90's and believe that we should be thrashing everyone we play. Certainly I would want us to be winning at home against BPA given their position but they are no mugs and came with a very effective game plan which made it difficult for us. when I saw the predicted scores on the match thread I thought they were pie in the sky I was quite close with 3-1 I heard a couple of boos nothing too bad

Anyone booing wants to have a word with themselves. We’re third in the league not third from bottom

Last time I booed Chester off was at Halifax away,( relegation season) where several v signs were directed, at the useless gang of wasters and fully justified it was too.

Not my thing but wasn't much really, one bloke in my block in the West Stand sort of half booed and then a load of little kids copied him for the fun of it because they liked making the noise.

I actually thought the boos around me were for the referee due to him not stopping Bradford’s time wasting. If not, I’m perplexed. I thought that as well. People like booing the ref at Chester. That was my take on it to be honest , seem to come from the mid of the main stand , didnt hear any from around G and H block

To be fair, I didn't hear any booing from the main stand where I was located. Given the first half was poor it wouldn't have been unexpected but to be fair I think we all know we're capable of more, and as soon as the second half started we all saw the response we wanted. I'm certain that in previous seasons we would have messed that up, particularly towards the end when we were hanging on a touch, but it's still 3 points for a win no matter how we get it. COYB! You're deaf if you didn't hear it but I agree with the rest of your post. A win is a win. I didn't hear it and I'm not deaf.

It's the same you'll hear occasionally at any clubs up and down the country. The players are probably not arsed about a few isolated boos ( different if it's a whole stand).them same people are probably cheering five minutes latter.
