Imagine a wizard told you he could wave a magic wand and get all leagues to finish the way they are now.
That would mean we finish 3rd, probably needing to go to 2nd placed York and win to get promoted. Of course, it would also mean Wrexham are relegated, and Liverpool winning the Premier League by a mile, if that interests/bothers you.
Would you take it, or would you allow the season to play on and hope for better?

If you take away the dodgy results against Kettering, Leamington, Blyth and getting robbed at Spennymoor we’d probably be top, so I think we can keep going. Liverpool fans are unbearable. Them winning that would be just as bad as Wrexham getting promoted but they both seem to be experts in bottling it.

I would take it. A home playoff game to Spennymoor or Southport and a one off game at York possibly. Liverpool winning the Premiership got no problem with that. And Wrexham relegated.

Before I give my answer, can you clarify whether Boris would still be PM if I chose, "yes".

No because it’d mean Liverpool would win the title.

Yes, I would take it - play-offs, Wrexham relegated and Liverpool champions. Sounds really good to me....and Boris as PM for good measure😀

I know we are looking to strengthen but on the basis of the home game I would worry about a potential one off game at York so it’s a no from me.

It's a no from me despite the fact that Wrexham are marooned at the bottom. I want Chester to kick on and win this league which is something that could easily happen.
Not bothered about Liverpool (even if they win the league I stand to win a few quid following a bet I placed on them), it just means that there will be car flags hanging out of Zara Picasso's and Citroen Berlingos in the area. There will also be a few extra parades around their hardcore supporting heartlands of Norway, Ireland and Burkina Faso.

No because it’s a waste of half a season ticket 😀

No because it would mean having nothing to get me out of shopping with the female half of my family every other Saturday afternoon. 😉

And miss a boxing day in Southport, 🤔 no let's keep pushing to the end, COYB That's probably as good a reason as any for ending the season now. You just know it's going to be cold, damp, foggy and a really poor game. Usually without us scoring. Nearly always is there. Don't know what it is about the place. Yeah. I'll be there!
