What a strange thread.
Offers for programmes without any details and an offer to go round some strange man's house.
Thanks, but I'll pass chaps

Why is it strange. Do you want me to list every single programme? If anyone is interested they range from 1993 to 2018-2019 season home and away.

All my programmes are from around 2014. I will put them in the boot of my car and bring them to the next game. Btw Oaks Blue I'm glad I'm not as strange as you.

I'm getting some plastering done at my house and I realised that there are Chester FC programmes everywhere and I just haven't got the space for them.

If you are giving them away why not donate them to the Fundraising team who might be able to auction them?

Because they're probably, for the most part, worthless. Who is going to want the programme of Chester v Stockbridge Spare Parts from 2013.

Well, that's not necessarily true. Rarity rather than football prominence usually dictates their worth. Especially with teams that have gone bust or dropped off the football radar. For example Durham City v Chester is probably worth more to collectors than West Ham v Bournemouth.

If you are giving them away why not donate them to the Fundraising team who might be able to auction them? I phoned the office a while back and they didn't seem that interested. Someone has already said they'll take them and they only live round the corner from me. They are only Chester programmes, nothing else.

I remember Terry Vickers used to have old programmes for sale in the office block on the corner of the Sealand Road end. Do people not collect them anymore? Thanks for stating the dates blues111 As I said in a PM to blues111, I'm interested in one in particular that I would like to add to my collection. I would like to have the Chester v Chelsea programme from the FA Cup 3rd Round Replay in 1952. Can anyone help?

Bought my Chester v Chelsea for £35 about 20 years ago but have seen one go for £500 once on Ebay and the ticket for £800 Programme prices are much reduced nowadays and certainly wouldn't expect more than £120 - £150 for one in decent condition Haven't seen one for sale for about 5 years or so but the 1st game at Chelsea is really common and goes for £8 -10

I haven't seen the one for the replay anywhere.
