Partner up with the Race Company 51/49. They build us a new stadium in the middle of the Roodee, similar size and height to now so the viewing for races isnt too badly obscured. Plenty of parking, corporate space, fan facilities. Easy to access.

Pipe Dream stuff but me and my mates have long said, putting the ground in the middle of the racecourse with the parking, location and close to town and pubs would make it much easier for the club to attract fans, I'd imagine getting Saturday drinkers down that much easier could add nearly a thousand on the gate regularly. Never going to happen though.

Not a bad idea just one slight drawback the racecourse is built on a floodplain so when it rains it pelts it so more games off due to waterlogging

Not close enough to the city centre. I think it would be better to partner up with the Church of England 51/49. They demolish the inside of the cathedral and build us a new stadium within the shell, similar size and height to now so the viewing for worshippers isn't too badly obscured. Plenty of parking, corporate space, fan facilities. Easy to access. And think of the spiritual benefits. Win/win all the way.

Add Adam Proudlock (LOL) and Angus Eve and you have the genesis of a decent team.

Not a bad idea just one slight drawback the racecourse is built on a floodplain so when it rains it pelts it so more games off due to waterlogging It does not pelt it down more at Chester Racecourse haha. But you are right it is a flood plain, however the issue would not be due to the pitch being waterlogged (surrounded by a stadium), but definitely flooding outside the hypothetical stadium would be an issue. I'm pretty sure the racecourse used to be a boat harbour or something before the River Dee shrank back in the day.

Sink it in the ground like Barcelona FC and it could work 👍
