My father had held the responsibility for the CFU Membership for a period of time, and despite that we do not see eye to eye, I gleamed the basics of how it operates. Appreciate you giving a detailed answer but surely you don't need to be highlighting any family disputes in the process? |

"Gleamed" in not the correct word:
Definition of glean: to gather or collect (something) in a gradual way. : to search (something) carefully. : to gather grain or other material that is left after the main crop has been gathered.
You meant to write "understood".

Are we really going to nitpick like this? I got the gist of what he was saying, and since some people abruptly asked 'who are you?', a bit of personal background and history seems fair enough to me.
Questions are great, but a lot of this just seems like trivial attacking. There isn't exactly a massive waiting list of people wanting to join the board.

Was at bottom of email with link to ustream, guess without Neil nobody has bothered to take his place for tonight and looks like they cant resolve the sound issue, oh well much the same as the second half of the season. |

So that's an extra £40k loss in the space of 2 months since the last meeting?
What are the reasons for this? I can understand a few grand, but that it's a huge difference to the projected £20k loss from the last meeting.

I logged on but no sound although I was able to use the chat box as I reported the no sound to Mike Day who has replied to check if it is on. I have given up now although logged on my mobile but still no sound. Pity as I was keen to listen in tonight.

Apologies for the lack of coverage tonight. As mentioned Neil is away and I have also been working away from home and could only get to the meeting with a few minutes to spare with no opportunity to test the available equipment. Sadly not able to get sound going. I've given up tinkering now, so if anybody has any questions at this late stage I can pass them on.

Ridiculous statements , needless extended contracts and a business persona that would make BHS look professional. |
