Excellent news.
Bad news is the weather forecast. Fairly heavy rain and 5c. Typical.😂😂

Hoping to see announcement of rules/regulations for supporters who are planning to attend tomorrow night - staggered arrival times, what to do when you arrive, half time/toilets/refreshments etc.
I’m sure there are some STH’s who still haven’t had chance to collect their ST card yet. Would it still be possible for those to collect before kick off?

Would it still be possible for those to collect before kick off? Do we need them? There will be 8 turnstiles (if all used) for about 600-700 people across 3 stands and everyone generally arrives at different times anyway. I think departure from the ground at full time is where they'll have to have more of a think.

This is what I posted on a separte thread:
I had a long chat with a mate of mine who is a season ticket holder at Shrewsbury, who went to their game on Wednesday.
They had a pilot game a while ago, so are ahead of a few clubs. The way it works for them is this (broadly: I may have a few details wrong):
- they have more season ticket holders than the 2,000 capacity - they have Ticketmaster set up on their website, which shows where available seats are - those seats are in pre-defined 1's, 2's, 3's and so on - as a season ticket holder you get sent a code by email specific to the next match - at a certain time, everyone with a code gets access - if there's availability, you book your seat(s) - you get sent a code/voucher, which you either print or have on your phone - if there are any left over after season ticket holders have had first dibs they later go on general credit card sales - successful fans are asked to arrive 'in good time', but not for defined time slots - you queue by the fire exit/safety gates (at the corners) - your temperature is checked, as is your code, and you get let in - throughout the game you have to wear a mask at all times - they opened 3 out of the 4 sides of the ground
Can't see us having that level of technology in place, but as we have fewer than 2,000 season ticket holders it should be less of an issue.
Don't suppose much of this will apply to a test event, though I'd be amazed if turnstiles were used.

Having been to a couple of games under Covid regs at Lewes my advice would be don't leave it to the last second if you need a pee. If everyone is sensible and patient it will work fine...no need to queue right up someone's arse and please respect personal space. We need to not mess this up and it only takes one or two fools who do what they like, regardless, to spoil it for everyone. Weymouth being an example where the behaviour of a few morons have led to a reduction in capacity. SAG will be all over this.

Where is the supporters code of conduct, which the article mentions, located? There’s no link to it in the article.
Does it have any mention of whether we enter and exit through the exit gates or use the turnstiles (which presumably would be in the usual way - touching surfaces that other people have touched)?

Got my ST last night, bought some thermals (hope they arrive today) and am hoping my new seat isn’t so far forward that it gets wet when it rains🤞
Was told turnstiles won’t be used, the exit doors will be used instead.
Bring it on!

Bring it on! We've been moved from the dry ground of row I to the potential flood plain of row D. Thanks Jeff! Won't be any worse than Macc used to be (in September) As you say, Bring it on!!

Regardlss of which seat you are sat in or what step you stand on, make absolutely sure that when The Blue Boys take to the pitch each and everyone of us raises the roof in total support of Our Club, Our Board, Our Players, Our Managers, Our Volunteers, Our Groundsman, Our Medical Staff, Our NHS. Each and everyone of them has shown a fantastic level of commitment for us supporters. Soon we’ll be Louder and Prouder when this monster of a virus is quelled enough for us all to return and get back to some form of normality. THANKYOU 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏

Very comprehensive and reassuring. I’m not a season ticket holder and don’t live in the area so won’t be attending tonight, but hope it goes well - I’m sure it will as a lot of hard work seems to have gone in.

Noticed we’ve got cards instead of books for season tickets this season We installed new turnstiles or is it just a scanner where normally pass cash ?

Barcode scanner. Using the exit gates rather than turnstiles.
