Very sad news. One of the best Chairman we ever had and one of the main resons we didnt go bang 20 years before we did. Total and complete respect.RIP.

If anyone deserves the ground or stand named after them, it's Ray Crofts. Without people like him we probably wouldn't have had a club to save.
My thoughts are with his family and friends.

a great man I remember 25 years ago him taking a disabled young boy on to the pitch in his wheelchair, the boy loved it and give him a chester shirt RIP top man

Wrexham fan in peace. Ray was a fantastic member of our reminiscence group. He was a lovely guy and I had the privilege of having many conversations with him and was gutted to hear of his passing. My condolences to yourselves and especially his widow Josie and their family.
