Not sure why but I always liked the crap ones when I was a kid - Viscera, Funaki, Paul Bearer etc. Used to love getting the Xbox game and trying to win fights with Paul Bearer, his finisher was the DDT

Agree with the last few posts, the first few are not Wrestlers, they are steroid induced actors. (Throws in grenade)
As a grapple fan, anything involving Mark Rollerball Rocco and Jacky Pallo/Mick McManus were unmissable.

Wrestling at the drill Hall in Chester early 60s it was a great night out. Used to get old women running up to the ring brandishing umbrellas if their favourite wrestler was getting beat.

Football chat was put on the backburner for several months whilst that story was going on. Sad to read that Paul Bearer has passed away.
