Fylde will probably appeal or something, knowing them. Speaking of entitlement, did anyone see the Goats whining at the FA that the National League playoff final is the same day as Wales's World Cup playoff? They seem to think the whole thing should be moved just in case they get there! Well they are the biggest team in the Wales so they tell us

Would be lovely for the Wrexham fans to endure a double bottle job.

Heart bleeds for him tonight. Looks like he thought they were going to do it today as well. The pressure against Notts or Grimsby at home will be too much, even more so if the Hollywood crew rock up. On another note, nice to see Boston and York in the final, ex league clubs like us but I wonder whether Fylde will spend big or crumble next year? Hopefully they crumble in the off season with all this news coming out about Rowe

Wrexham's bottle's gone again. 3-0 to Daggers. Daggers had something to play for. If they won and Chesterfield lost they would have made the playoffs on goal difference. Chesterfield drew 0 - 0 at home again Woking.

Chesterfield have gone from being title contenders not so long back to barely scraping into the play-offs. Paul Cook certainly seems to be feeling the pressure going by the obstructive way he was behaving in an interview the other day. Sometimes it probably is best to never go back.

Hopefully they crumble in the off season with all this news coming out about Rowe Fylde used to print "2022" on the sleeve of their shirts because they were so convinced they were going to be in the FL by then. All they were actually doing was commemorating the year they bottled the playoffs and made an alleged sex pest their manager.

Still had 2022 on their shirt sleeves when we played them recently.

Wouldn’t count chickens just yet with the Goats, but we’ll take them not winning the title at this point. See what happens next.
As for our league, we did say we’d prefer to get rid of one of York or Fylde to give us a better chance of success but I agree both are cracking away days whereas Boston is a right ballache. We don’t need to worry next season - with Cal Mac in charge we’ll be winning every week 😀🔵⚪️🔵⚪️
As for Danny Elliott he’s another victim of some of our fans weird “hate hate” relationship with players who leave us. He was decent for us after Asante left, left us for a club in a higher league, and he’s now proving to be a quality goal scorer at this level. I’m happy for the lad, he’s had a class season at Boston and the simple fact is we never replaced him last season until Dackers came in on loan.

making a thread to laugh at a club that are 2nd in the league above (when you’re 16th), are going to Wembley next week (you’ve never been with either of your clubs), are one home game away from a play off final (you’re celebrating appointing a youth club manager from Runcorn)
We’ll be fine lads don’t worry. Our 9k+ Attendance’s, massive sponsorship and government money will see us through.
Enjoy Buxton away.

This thread includes discussions on: - Former Chester forward Danny Elliott scoring twice for Boston - AFC Fylde being stuck in the NLN in the year they were planning to be in the Football League - Whether people would prefer York or Boston to go up - Chesterfield’s dismal run near the end of the season But needless to say, you think it is solely about Wrexham.

I forgot leagues were decided on attendances and not points, my mistake. Just wait until your owners get bored, because there’s no better Hollywood story than Gateshead away.

It would be harder not to get promoted with all the money you've thrown at it

He may not, (more than likely not) have been born in the COCH as it didn't open until 1984, he may be a bit like myself (Born 1968) who was born in Clatterbridge Hospital but my birth certificate says Chester as my birthplace, as it fell under Cheshire County Council at that time. Edit: A quick Wiki search on Clatterbridge shows it handed over the general hospital and maternity to Arrowe Park in 1982. Might be quite a few DCs on here who were born on the Wirral as it is now and may not even know it!.

I was born in 1972 in the new maternity ward of the West Cheshire Hospital, which is now COCH.
My Mrs was born in April 1971 in the City Hospital in Hoole.
Could be anywhere!

I started the thread with this "Stockport just took the lead against Halifax, they need a draw to come top. Wrexham playing at Daggenham." Nothing there about laughing at Wrexham, just information about the top two going into the last day of the league. The fact that you went on to be the subject of amusement by getting thrashed at Daggenham is your problem. And so what? Football rivals laughing at each other when they do badly, whatever next? Well worth getting up in the morning and posting on a rival's board, and we're the ones who are obsessed? Couldn't make it up. And what's even funnier is a supporter of a Welsh team celebrating a trip to the home of ENGLISH football.
