We will find out our opponents at 13:00 tomorrow as the Emirates FA Cup 3rd Qualifying Round draw is set to be published on the FA website. The ties for this round will commence on Saturday 1st October which will be a week on Saturday. This draw will again be regionalised so we will only draw teams from the Northern section, just like the last round.
These are the teams that are likely to be placed in the Northern section: AFC Fylde or Farsley Celtic Anstey Nomads or Ilkeston Town Ashington Bamber Bridge Basford United Blyth Spartans Boston United Buxton Chester FC Clitheroe Coalville Town Curzon Ashton Darlington Hanley Town Hyde United Lancaster City or Bury AFC Liversedge or Chorley Marske United Newcastle Town or Congleton Town Nuneaton Borough Scarborough Athletic South Shields Stocksbridge Park Steels Worksop Town.
Just like the last round, I would like us to play a lower tier side at home so it could give us the best possible chance of getting closer to the 1st round proper, so someone like Hanley Town or Ashington at home would be great. My prediction is Stocksbridge Park Steels at home which would still be a good tie.

Looks good on paper, but can't be underestimated at all
Just looked at their lineup from the weekend with names such as
Carl Dickinson (Ex Stoke) Ryan Shotton (Ex Stoke, Middlesbrough) Danny Glover Chris Dagnall James Lawrie

Not arsed, reads more like an ex pro’s Sunday league team of mates than a decent semi pro side. Let’s batter them, get more money in the bank and march onto sheff weds or derby away in the 1st round (decided Ipswich or Pompey too far)

No complaints about that draw. Same league as Clitheroe who knocked out Spennymoor. We will need to do a professional job on them. Don't let them score first. Watching the highlights of the Pontefract game, only a superb save from Tyrer kept it 0-0. Fine margins.

Not a great start to their league campaign, down in 15th. Hopefully the lesson is to get into them early doors rather than give them confidence, and finish it off earlier rather than later.

No Stoke game so could be a similar following from Hanley to that of City of Liverpool when they had about 300 in the Hipkiss Stand.

Trying to find out what is the prize money in the fa cup. 1st round proper onwards has just winners prize money is that right. Why would we need to know how much losers get? We’re winning it all
