Wrexham would be nice, failing that, Tranmere, Sheff Wed or pump some minnow like Biggleswade Town

Home to the lowest ranked team, or away to Derby County for the payday. Wouldn’t want anything in-beteeen.

Is this draw regional or not?

Just good to see our name in the same draw as clubs we’ve played dozens of times over the years and thought nothing of it at the time, like Exeter, Gillingham and Mansfield. Certainly getting a bit nostalgic about the possibility of playing some of our old regular opponents again and would far prefer to play them than the likes of Boreham Wood or their northern version, AFC Fylde.
Still a lot of work to do on Tuesday night though first.

Is this draw regional or not? No, not at 1st Round stage. If you remember last time we got this far we drew Southend.

Quite a few of the National League sides struggled yesterday against lower-ranked opposition, which should act as a bit of a reminder to a section of our fanbase that games against sides from a lower division are rarely the walkover they expect them to be.
Speaking of which, credit to Hanley for the tweet they put up yesterday wishing us well at Oldham. Makes a welcome change for one of our opponents to behaving like that rather than coming up with the usual tedious stuff about playing in Wales etc. I notice Hanley have changed manager since we played them.

Away to Portsmouth for me - I've friends down that way so could make a weekend of it. Failing that, Bolton or Derby away. I think we're past the stage where there are any 'easy' draws at home, so I'd rather have another decent away day and a bit more cash in the bank.

Quite a few from level 7 including Coalville who surprisingly won at Notts County. Think Notts County put out a weakened team with a fair few of their youth playing, as they want to concentrate on the league. Normally I'd knock them for it, but if it means they take the Conference title, I'm right behind them

Same as others have said - take a piss easy draw from a team below us or one of these away for me;
Derby Bolton Charlton Sheff Weds
I’ve said Ipswich before now but it’s one of the worst trips to make by train or car.

Tuesday's gate could be defined by whether we're drawn against Derby/Portsmouth or Boreham Wood/King's Lynn.
In terms of finances, does anyone know if it would be worth more to the club to get an away draw at one of the big names, or to draw them at home and potentially have the game televised?

If we’re drawn away then you are going to want to get a bigger team in league 1 like Derby or Sheff Wed. Get a decent bit of money and not too far to travel to. If we’re going to get someone in our league or below then you’d want it to be at home, gives us a better chance to go through then

It's some of the ones at our level, often owned by aggressive businessmen, that seem to have an attitude that runs right through the club.

Sheff Wed, Derby, Ipswich at home. Someone like that which guarantees a TV tie and a sell out away following. Barring that, Crewe or Tranmere away.

Obviously we’re not through just yet as we still have a big job to do tomorrow. Anyway though, my preference would be a big away day at Sheffield Wednesday, Derby County, or Bolton Wanderers, OR I actually would not mind another home tie against a minnow such as Needham Market, Merthyr Town, or Bracknell Town, which would give us the best possible chance of progressing even further. If we get something in between, like Curzon Ashton away for the 94th time, then I will jump into the Dee 😆!! Sheff Weds away would be the dream, but something tells me we will be making the seven-hour jaunt to Exeter City if we win tomorrow. Wouldn’t be the worst draw, and it would be a new ground for many of us. Let’s all see what will unfold later on, as it’s not often we can say that we’re live on national television!!

Same as everyone else really. We'd all like a Derby County or Sheffield Wednesday away. Good day out and make some money.
In many ways, the worst draw is a team from your own league. It's good to play, and visit, different teams. Knowing us, we'll get away at Gateshead. Miles away and dreadful experience.

Could be awful, like Forest Green Rovers away. Fingers crossed it's either a winnable home game or a big away day like Derby or Portsmouth.

Been to St James' Park to see the Grecians play us many a time, I'd want a better tie than that.
