And it's not arrogance, we simply don't have a yard-stick to compare to you as we haven't competed that low down the league system. That is just a simple fact.
Just curious, do you consider yourself a better team than Liverpool, as they haven't won a League title for 28 years, but you've won 3?

We haven't lost to you in 5 matches (you've only scored 1 goal in that time) Chester hasn't finished ahead of Wrexham in the league since 2008-2009. (I'll forget that that was the previous incarnation)
If we want to go to comparisons of histories then we're always going to be the better club league wise until you make it to the Championship.
In the 100 seasons that we have competed in the same league structure, Wrexham has finished ahead of Chester in 73 of those 100 seasons. I mean that is pretty conclusive!

Not quite true though... you're on your third in reality. You left the Combination at the end of the 1898-1899 season, and didn't compete in any competitions in 1899-1900 or 1900-1901. "Unfortunately, the stand at the Old Showground ground blew down three times in a matter of months, and the club did not have any security of tenure, leaving Chester looking for a new ground for the 1899–00 season. The search proved fruitless, and the club disbanded for the next two seasons." So your club has died twice! |

You do have more trophy cabinets in fairness, assuming each club has a new one.
I'd be careful if I was a fan planning on a "membership for life" though, at the rate you get through clubs, that £1k could work out a lot per season.

Anyone seen the red card that was rescinded for Luke Summerfield? The guy could have broken the guys ankle yet it’s been rescinded by the FAW. This cross over between the FA and FAW has to stop surely. You’re either in the English league or not.
