Interesting to see that in the game between Burnley and West Brom on Saturday the ball was actually in play for just 47 Minutes !!!!

So every time the ball is out of play, or waiting for play to restart, the ref should stop his watch, or the 4th official should be the time keeper, the ref just blows his whistle, 4th official restarts the clock.
