Get Burke in midfield alongside Bainbridge for a bit of solidity. Actually let Hunter get forward. Give Hancox a run at left back - he’s more than solid enough. Let’s get Glendon closer to the goal - we know he can score goals. Ideally I’d like Willoughby up top but we haven’t got the personnel for it right now and we know he can play out wide, and has won promotion doing so. Get in the market for a centre forward which would transform our team. DMH off the bench to cause an impact in the second half. DMH from what I have seen has obvious pace but his football ability looks very suspect. In the two recent home games he was warming up like a sprinter, could be his normal routine, but little or nothing with a ball. Hope it’s early days but so far not very inspiring. I’ve said on several posts that for me we need to get Burke in the shop window by playing him in his best position, sell him in January then use that money to invest in the squad. That assumes a) we sell him and b) we are not out of a chance of playoffs. |

Your assumption is correct but it hasn't worked! 5-3-2 Hasn't worked. We need to change it with the players we have. Have you not been watching our games. We need to drastically change our game. We haven’t played it at all this season, what you on about? Played it against Scunthorpe. What a dire game that was. Even Cal said it was dire. |

Did you not notice Bainbridge was covering at the back and not in the midfield. Was never 4-4-2.
