Right bit ahead of time here, but I suppose if we get the questions nailed ahead of time, and submit them into the club before the meeting, will give them more than enough time to give us a reply.
1). Again, what is the projected forecast for our accounts this season (figures please).
2). Why did the 'exciting addition to the Budget Builder initiative' not materialise?
3). Why was Cestrian 10 issued so late with just 11 home games left?
4). How many Cestrian 10 tickets have been sold?
Can this be pinned please Mods?

6). What is the response of the Board following on from the Managers Comments post Guiseley about not being able to bring in any further loan signings this season and having to plug gaps with the youth team kids? is this due to a further tightening of our belts (see Q1.)?
I think this one has been answered yesterday.

Think we may well be getting a statement from the board before next meeting, hopefully well before.

8.) Have the board responded to Simon Ollerenshaw’s letter. If so, have they accepted his offer? 9.) What is each member planning on doing to bring the club forward/ what projects are they working on?

A group on appointments and reviewing decisions....
10. What process was followed and by whom to extend managerial contracts? 11. What assessment/review process is in place for 10, who conducts it, and when will the results be public / if not public, why? 12. What process was followed and by whom to terminate managerial contracts? 13. What assessment/review process is in place for 12, who conducts it, and when will the results be public / if not public, why? 14. What process was followed and by whom to offer new managerial contracts? 15. What assessment/review process is in place for 14, who conducts it, and when will the results be public / if not public, why?
16. Will the Stagecoach deal be brought before member in good time with full information prior to any agreements being signed? 17. Who is in charge of communications and what should their role entail, does the board think it is being done correctly? 18. What is our break even ticket levels, and how many times have we been over/under that so far? 19. What are the financial implications of relegation, has that been modelled, and what is the boards view on the impact on the club?
20. Would the board support term limits on their positions (eg. serve X years, mandatory gap of X, then can serve again) to force freshness, if not why not?
21. Do the board believe the minutes and reports generated from these meetings are detailed enough?
22. As it is 2018 an iphone can stream live to facebook or youtube, why are these meetings not live streamed and archived?
And the more general / emotive one...
23. Why do Board members feel they should not resign considering the ongoing issues with the club?

26. There are multiple reports on social media of people offering help of various levels yet for some reason they feel rebuffed. Can it be noted that there is a perceived issue at least, and at worst there is a blockage. Can the board ensure the club is open to all? 27. We say we are a community club. In the annual report can there be full detail on these interactions rather than the odd choice of a local business or school trip. Meat on the bones of the fuzzy claim please! 28. Delayed kick off at the derby live on tv made it seem the club can't handle a big game. What feedback was given to the police and Safety Advisory Group and will copies of correspondence be made public? 29. Can the lease between the club and chester council be made available for inspection at meetings such as these on request? If not, why not. Before saying commercially sensitive be aware it is possible to inspect it yearly in a similar fashion from the council 30. What short term , medium term and long term risks have been identified by the board? If none, is there such analysis taking place?

What was the outcome of Simon Olorenshaw’s offer to help/rejoin the Board? Shouldn’t there be at least one Board member with a professional football background to work closely with the Manager and provide more professional support for the Manager and coaching staff. We have had more long term injuries in the past two seasons than we can ever recall. Has there been any changes/reduction in our medical support and if so how could this be improved? Who is on charge of the volunteers? It is noticeable that a number of volunteers have given up this season and we are losing money by not having enough selling programmes/50:50 tickets and the Blues Bar tickets. Why don’t the Club advertise these vacancies more (and not just on social media or a flyer in the corridor outside the office) and could we incentivise volunteer roles to make volunteers feel more valued? There are many supporters who still don’t believe in CFU membership and what benefits it brings to them personally. Do other clubs have benefits that we could consider for CFU membership. According to reports our dear Welsh neighbours have made £23k in their Raffle. Will someone be meeting them to learn how we can do the same this year? Are there any plans to form a small social events team to make money and could be a good way of bringing supporters together under less stressful situations than football matches - a bit of team building amongst supporters! (Senior Blues seem good at this!)

40. Question to David O'Toole - have you looked into forming links with small businesses, larger local businesses, restaurants and pubs to link with the CFU in order for CFU members to be able to essentially use their membership cards as discount vouchers, in exchange for advertising hoardings/page in the programme etc?

I think most of the questions here are decent enough. What we need to avoid though is going over old ground. Questions about McCarthy and his contract, for example, have been dealt with as far as I'm concerned, even if I don't totally agree with the answers. Maguire gave a statement at the time to say why the club was sticking by the manager, and there's an article by Neil Bellis in the fanzine that further explains the board's reasoning and admits they got it wrong. If you want to follow up on this, you could perhaps ask what lessons have been learned from the experience, but I don't see much point in continuing to probe the board about why they gave McCarthy so much time.
More transparency from the club would be nice, but I don't feel the need to know the ins and outs of every single decision the club makes. Things they make public though, like the "exciting squad builder initiative", missing bits of the website, and the silly Cestrian 10 offer - they are worth questioning.
Questions should be challenging, but should avoid a hostile tone or, worse still, heckling.

Agree with Lobster te questions as despite our concerns many of us do understand the challenges facing the Board and I am sure they do work hard behind the scenes. Although I have suggested a few questions on here as some things are concerning me, I know that when I go to CFU meetings or listen in on the streaming that I feel much more reassured when I hear the answers to some of the issues going on. What is probably making things worse at the moment is the lack of anyone saying anything bar Mr Bignot. Also what happened to the newsletter? Maybe some well written updates on various matters may help us all calm down?

MM seems to have a habit of saying what we all want to hear at meetings but nothing ever changes.

42. What has each and every board member been working on since the last CFU meeting to try and support / develop / improve CFC? And as a follow-up, can each and every board member be required to update the fans at every CFU meeting on a) what they have done (as above) and b) what they plan to do before the next meeting.
We'll soon weed out the wheat from the chaff if they're having to actually explain what they've done rather than sit back and do nothing.

Is each Board Member allocated 2018 personal objectives and/or targets for their area of responsibility?
If so can these be published and reported on by each Board member at each CFU Meeting on a monthly or quarterly basis so fans can appreciate their input and more importantly benefits for our club.
