As a registered charity, the Community Trust qualify as an eligible organisation for Amazon Smile. So if you use Amazon just register for it - info here. Select Chester Football Club Community Trust as your charity of choice and then for every purchase you make from Amazon (that is listed as Smile) then the Community Trust will get a donation of 0.5% of the purchase price at NO cost to you. I did it in about 30 seconds and I am an imbecile with the inter web. This doesn't conflict with the existing Easyfundraising scheme - which continues. Please do it yourself and urge anyone you know (including non blues fans) to do so. We will keep you updated on how much we have raised to support our community work.

Just giving this a quick bump - noticed that it has had 200 views but I wondered if anyone has done it? The only thing you have to watch is that you need to bookmark your Amazon Smile page as your Amazon page - you only get the credits if you go into the site through that page. But that's all it takes! It would be great if people do it. As a Trust most of our money is tied to projects that we need to deliver (restricted) - which is fine. But fundraising like this means we have funds that we can use as we see fit (unrestricted) so it gives us the flexibility to do things like the season tickets for those in need or invest in important kit etc.

Just signed up. I don't use Amazon so often as I'm not supportive of Internet shopping but if it supports my club then it's better than nothing.

I've got qualms too Norwegian - Amazon/Google etc need to pay their fair share of taxes - but the donation comes from them at least in part so its a step in the right direction.

Christmas is on the way so just a quick reminder that if you shopping online with Amazon, you can raise free funds for Chester FC Community Trust at no extra cost to yourself. Just head to smile.amazon.co.uk and choose 'Chester FC Community Trust' as your chosen charity, and we will receive a donation for every purchase you make. In order to ensure your purchases are eligible, please make sure you use the smile.amazon.co.uk link rather than the usual Amazon site.

Really easy to use and Pin the Amazon Smile Log On Page to your favourites bar. Its not mega bucks but every penny counts, to date I've made 19 purchases and raised £2.05 and its showing a total of £42.78 with a few Christmas presents to buy, surely we can raise £100 if we can get more of us to take 5mins out to Pin Amazon Smile to our browsers.

I have just gone on smile.amazon.uk and done numerous different searches for the trust but it always says nothing found, can anyone help.
I'd like to do it as I spend a fortune on Amazon at this time of year

Signed up and it's a no-brainer - got my wife to do the same so that should raise a few quid! Can we get this announced at a few home games for fans who don't come on here or don't realise what it is?
Edit: after i ordered twice the app on my phone updated to smile.amazon and i don't need to go through the website.
