I'm surprised they've managed to keep going as long as they have tbh.
Time for their local community to get behind the phoenix club

I hear rumours that the Vaughan’s have done their hatchet job on Prestatyn Town in record time also?

Serafino withdraws Bangor City from the JD Cymru North league, days before they were due to be expelled. 11/02/22 - 'The FAW have been reviewing the issue concerning Bangor City FC in the JD Cymru North and their current suspension from all football related activity, following their non-compliance with a Disciplinary Panel order in November 2021. Under the suspension from all football related activity, Bangor City FC have been unable to fulfil five fixtures, which has led to further fines in accordance with the League Rules of the Cymru North. Following the Clubs Meeting on Wednesday (9 February), the Board met to discuss the current suspension of The Club. The Board recognised its obligations to efficiently manage the business of the League and acknowledged its jurisdiction over all matters relating to the administration of the League and the conduct of Clubs. The Board unanimously agreed the following two decisions; In accordance with League Rules 3.1, 3.7 and 3.13, Bangor City FC are given seven days from the date of this written decision to pay its fines and for the FAW to lift the current suspension. Failure to do so would result in immediate expulsion from the JD Cymru North. To be clear, the date of this letter is Friday, 11 February 2022 and seven Clear Days from this letter is Saturday 19 February 2022.If Bangor City FC complies with Decision 1, any future non-fulfilment of fixture in the JD Cymru North in season 2021/22 would result in immediate expulsion from the JD Cymru North. The FAW will provide a further update in relation to this matter at the appropriate time.' 18/02/22Statement issued by BCFC's 'colourful' owner Domenico Serafino - 'At Bangor City Football Club, we understand that have no option but to withdraw from the JD Cymru League for the remainder of the season. We arrived to this decision due to the lack of registered players, which number is below the requirement to form a football team. Prior to the closing date of the latest registration period, we registered 13 new players who received an immediate ENTERED status, however they were not further confirmed by the FAW. * Bangor City Football Club will return to play next season, regardless of the tier in which the FAW will allow the club to play. This will be possible thanks to the new players that are at the club’s disposal, the staff, fans and volunteers, but also thanks to the new investors who will support and guide this historic through this new beginning. The Football Association of Wales was already informed about the club’s decision We are hoping to see our loyal supporters and to welcome new faces. We wish that together, you and us, will make Bangor City Football Club shine again.' The Club failed to apply for a licence for the 2022/23 season, meaning that they will be unable participate in the top 3 tiers of Welsh football next season. Amongst the clubs numerous current debts, is around £53,000 owed to former players and management, as well as fines imposed by the FAW for failing to fulfill fixtures this season . Domenico had earlier fallen foul with football authorities in Italy, following a similar tale at Serie C club Sambenedettese - including the failure of his consortium to pay players wages, amongst other significant unpaid debts. Within a year of the sale in 2020 to Serafino's consortium, the club was declared bankrupt and he would receive a six month ban from the Italian Football Federation for failing to pay 5 months worth of player and staff wages. Paperwork detailing fees paid to agents, and by whom, had also not been submitted to the relevant authorities. The club's licence would later be bought by businessman Roberto Renzi following a bankruptcy auction and subsequently demoted to Serie D after either a financial misunderstanding (Renzi's explanation), or financial irregularities (the Italian Football Federation's version). Serafino still claims to be in talks with new potential investors, a re-occurring theme in the life of the Man from Calabria, however he denies any involvement with an advert placed on this site - uk.businessesforsale.com/uk/100-year-old-welsh-football-club-for-sale.aspx

That Ruscoe’s had more clubs than Nick Faldo. Doesn’t seem to last more than two or three months anywhere. That video of the team singing in the dressing room before the Penryncoch game in some sort of attempt to psych them out was bizarre. It reminded me of Terry Smith!
