Have the club ever considered investing in a digital scoreboard? To display the time/score etc.
I would imagine they’d be costly, but they’re more and more common, even at clubs lower down the pyramid (Whitchurch Allport last preseason).
It’s not a criticism or a moan, just a genuine question as to if it’s ever been mentioned or considered?
I know they’re often branded with sponsor information etc, so maybe a way to offset some of the cost?

Agree, we've got the clock to keep track of the time. Does anyone really lose track of the score?

Thats no friendly thats a piss take lol I believe they play the local amateur team of where their training base was as a thank you and fund raiser. It’s quite common in Germany and Italy to do this when they head to the alps / mountains for pre season. Suppose it’s the equivalent of Liverpool training up in the highlands and putting 30 past Fort William !

Yeah they’ve beaten that very same team 20-2 and 23-0 in recent years.

Having been at the game Saturday when it absolutely smashed it down before kick off, I'd rather any infrastructure money be spent on a covered viewing area for our wheelchair / lesser abled fans first. These fans got drowned on Saturday.

I know there’s always been something said about a raised area for our disabled supporters. In the meantime is there anything we could do that’s a bit better than what we can offer currently ie temporary covers. I went the Bolton game the other day and felt well bad for them when it was pissing it down.
