My view is our current squad is better than last season, we have more quality but the league is tighter at the top apart from Tamworth, I personally don't think we will finish 3rd or 4th but I don't think that will be detrimental we will finish in the play offs and playing away in the qualifying round could be beneficial.

I'd be disappointed if we didn't finish at least 4th.

Away games are better, some much pressure at home, I knew we had lost the play off as they came out the tunnel.

Roughly about the same. We have missed Willoughby's goals, due to the fact Caton has been injured for most of the season. Peers is an upgrade on Stephenson, who lacks consistency. In Tollitt, we have one of the best forwards in this league or the league above. He won't score as many goals as Willoughby but his all round ability and creativity, for me , gives him the edge. As an opponent he was always the player that you most feared, because he can create stuff out of nothing. Saturdays free kick being a classic example. In the play offs we need to play our own game and not worry too much h about the opposition. Let them worry about us.

Tyrer was excellent, but Stanway has been a perfectly fine replacement and the fact that we've kept so many clean sheets backs that up. It's tough losing a 25 goal striker and that has showed at times this season. In all other areas it now feels like we have better cover for when injuries strike, so you could say the squad is perhaps better balanced. Only other player I'd have perhaps kept on was Dudley - it was probably the right time for him to move on but I'd say he offers more than Windsor, Norton and Hall.

We do have Glendon as an addition this season.

The only thing I think we really need (and didn’t really have last season either IMHO) is a ball busting, tough tackling defensive midfielder.
