Hopefully this will put this to bed but I am 1000% behind Cal and the team he is the right person for this club period. Lets show him how much we appreciate him.

Depends how he recruits in the summer we need experience in the team it's quite obvious we're not going to get anywhere in this legaue by having one of the youngest sides. Would say give him these next 5 games to see if he changes anything tactially and then if so give him untill october / november to see if we've improved or not.
Can't bare the thought of being in this league any longer its genuinley depressing at this point.

I'm genuinely torn between the two sides at the moment. On one side I think has he just got lucky be managing to recruit Kurt Willoughby who went on to have a phenomenal season. Or he really is the best man for the job

Cal is definitely the right man for the job. He is a very young Manager and he will only get better. His transfers dealings last summer were a bit disappointing but I'm sure he will have learnt by his mistakes. We are lucky to have him.

Cal certainly won't get sacked as he has too many supporters/friends on the board and also close ties with some of the sponsors, he'll only go if he decides he can't take the occasional criticism.
I'm hoping he takes some of the mistakes on the chin and looks to have a positive more attacking outlook next season.

The little club down the road who are doing so much better than us have just reported that they owe their millionaire owners £9,000,000 for the luxury.
Cal is doing ok, bit of a tricky second season, no doubt, a lot will go on whether you sign a Willoughby or not at this level as a previous poster mentioned.
I think there is also an issue with the little negative runs we tend to go on, poor start this season, wobble around Christmas, then this little rough patch which actually strangely began just when we looked nailed on to secure home games for the playoffs and we signed a highly rated forward in Tollit. It’s a strange game.
Don’t knee jerk, give Cal chance to get it right, he’s still young and learning hopefully today it begins to turn around and we get back in the playoffs and hopefully go up this season, but stability is important to build from if not.

Not saying he is or isn't the right man for the job but to describe our woeful form since Christmas as a little rough patch is certainly putting a positive spin on it.

Actually I’d say that describing mid table form as woeful is putting an overly negative spin on things. It’s a dip in form yeah & it’s disappointing but hardly woeful. We’ve been drawing too many & dropping points but we haven’t been getting battered or embarrassed. Any talk of replacing him is crazy to me & fortunately it seems over 80% of fans on here agree.

For me Cal needs another season but needs a few tweaks to squad make up and formation. Yesterday there was more forward momentum in the performance and less just keep the ball going across the back line. Adam Thomas playing with width certainly helped with this and keeping the width across the pitch, this leaves gaps in the centre of the pitch and makes it easier to pick out forward players. I can’t see us making the playoffs without wins at home Monday, at Brackley and at Gloucester. The final game then against Darlington could be a winner takes all, they win and stay up, we win and make playoffs. Should be a decent attendance on Monday and let’s hope for the right result.

Well, dropping from third to scrabbling for 7th and needing to win probably three of the last four games has left me feeling full of woe. Let's agree that improvement is needed.

I am disturbed that 20% of voters are for a change. The reality is that Cal has done well and is still learning. Admittedly, he made some crucial errors in recruitment at the start of the season, but that still got us up to 3rd place at one point. If he improves on recruitment and is more fluid in our approach i.e. using a plan B more readily, then there isn't too much to fix.

Even in this poor spell it has been fine margins. Often we have dominated games, but just not had the spark (or luck in some cases) to find the way through. Tamworth and Curzon are good examples of that.
