Alot of people have had enough, I was in a bar in Chester this afternoon and you could watch everton v spurs live and arsenal v Bournemouth live and to be honest there probably wasn't much less punters in the bar than there was on the Harry Mac Proud to be a telly clapper.

People got what they wanted, so where were they today JM's legacy might take a bit to clear away. He's managed to fill some supporters with disinterest. And knowing DCers, I feel obliged to point out I don't mean me, so don't start attacking me.

The club really need to do a scheme to help those on low incomes be able to enjoy the game. How this is done I'm not sure but if it can it would give a real community feel to the club.
As for the City v Liverpool game I've seen better in my back garden. Liverpool couldn't string three passes together from the bits I saw. Think I'd rather be at the Deva than watch that shower!
This post isn't intended to be patronising but something drastically needs to be done to help those fans who want to see the game but can't afford to.

Thought the attitude was right today for the most part. The players obviously wanting to show they cared to the fans which is important. I'm not sure the front 3 worked and we did look better when Hannah went off, which sounds harsh but it's true. I think Bell is a first choice striker now with Aki and Hannah battling It out for the second spot. Interesting when white comes back. Mahon showed his ability, he's actually superb on his day we just need that for 90 minutes. I would have taken a point today, were desperate for a win to take us out the bottom 4. Two points adrift isn't much to make up but we don't want to find ourselves cut any more adrift before the new manager arrives. I don't see how Joyce makes this side in honesty. It sounds harsh but it's not good enough at this level, no better than Ashley Williams was IMO. Conference North. Turnbull has potential to be the best player on the field in most matches if we play the right way, superb player at this level. I thought Joyce had one of his better games to be fair, offered nothing going forwards but did get in there with some crucial tackles. I think he’s Evo-Stik level generally though and Dawson is the logical choice ahead of him if playing that system. Elsewhere I assume Halls will redeploy to right back when Astles is fit again but I think he looks much more comfortable at centre back myself, he’s had two good games there this week. Some Macc fans on another forum were saying he’s a personal trainer away from football and as such he’s bulked up and lost some pace. Thought he was our standout today, can see him in this position permanently in time. Remember when we used to talk about our 1800 hardcore and reclaiming the lost 500 when we were getting 2,300 in first conference season. Enbsfleet haf 150 so hardcore now down to 1450/1500.

I just a think he's no better than Williams was, which at this level isn't good enough IMO. Nothing against him though, if he gives us 110% every game I can deal with having him.
