welcome to the new manager seems to have something about him a character and good record on the community side of the game.
i wonder though how many backroom staff do we need?(or indeed afford) MB has said his new assistant will be in place before the weekend and tom shaw will be player/coach so with big chris on board too and david felgate as well we seem to be able to afford all these staff(granted some are part time) we keep hearing though that we have a limited playing budget but money always seems to be found for none playing staff when deemed needed and we still have the pay off to JM to be found i wonder if the new manager will be given money to improve squad and if so where is the money coming from ? thoughts ?

If results change then i'm not too fussed. We've already been told our position won't be compromised financially. This season is all about staying in the league, we can sort out the issue of backroom staff some the summer. MB can also add his own stamp in terms of players over next summer too, while he's already hinted at wanting Tom Shaw back on the pitch. I think we need a loan left winger in ASAP, stick Mahon on the right and give him a run of games. I think Bignot will perhaps already have one of two loan targets. I think he may play 4-5-1 at first to get us organised.

Budget will restrict massively no doubt but one thing I think is essential is a fitness coach. We seem to have CI and DF to sort out the strikers and Goalkeepers. MB, the new assistant and Tom Shaw will take care of the other coaching duties although one more would be ideal.

Potentially Mrs B could muck in with some goalkeeper coaching

I can't see Bignot tolerating Iwelumo.

Potentially Mrs B could muck in with some goalkeeper coaching We definitely made the right choice didn't we? She's certainly fitter than Lynch!

This is from a few years ago but still funny (it takes a while before you get what it is), and yes she is lovely (and of course has more caps for Ireland than anyone else I think), although I do also think Darren Bent doesn't get the respect he deserves for his in depth knowledge and love of screen wash in the same series: Emma Byrne On Metal Detecting
As far as I know she is still with Brighton, and although they are midlands based the regular travel in opposite directions for them must be difficult.

If she was voluntary, two birds, one stone!

The misspelling in the title of this thread makes it look like a question about how many of our backroom team need to go to the toilet.

Have we seen the last of Iwelumo? Wasn’t here again tonight which is strange considering he usually makes the midweek ones. Maybe Bignot has shown him the door.
