Wish they'd stop moving it!
Had tickets for a gig on the 10th. They moved the game to that night. Sold the tickets at a loss. Now they move the bloody thing to the Wednesday!
How do Premier League supporters plan anything when their games are always "subject to change". Must be a real pain.
At least the TV money will help offset the police costs.

Luckily, doesn't impact on me personally but I genuinely feel for those who are going to take a financial hit, are inconvenienced and, worst of all, can't make it.
Not convinced by Maguire's comment about the benefits of an increased TV audience, frankly, hardly anyone watches these games. Just feel it's another example of the power of the TV companies and their total disregard for the fans. We can protest, mutter and grumble all we like but I'm afraid it won't make a blind bit of difference, it's simply the way of the world these days

Much needed income if we are to do anything to realistically off-set the losses by reduced crowds, let alone give Bignot some room for manouvre

This is crap, can not make mid-week games due to work. To take this biggest home game of the season and move it to a Wednesday night is putting two fingers up to some of the fans. This after they send me an email saying would I like to give to the squad builder, was going to give £50 but they can take a running jump now. Really feel the people running the club don't give one for the fans.

Do we know how much money the club gets if it is televised?

It won't offset my costs ! Grrrrr Should have booked with Monarch! Would have been rescheduled for you! Monarch didn't fly to and from Norway. With Norwegian possibly buying their concern, maybe they will implement some direct routes to Manchester and compete with Ryanair Booked some new flights though and will be at The Deva for the match. Fly in Wednesday, fly out Thursday. Chester 'til I die !

The change won’t affect me, but I feel for those who cannot now attend.
It’s seems that little thought is given to the fans when decisions like this are made, which doesn’t sit right really given that we are a fan owned club.
I hope the club will sell tickets online otherwise it will be another piss poor home crowd on the box.
