I've just read this on Twitter and Dave Powell seems to have confirmed it. Strange there has been nothing from the club. Sounds like a big target man who's coming back from a serious injury.

Not that I think a Striker is the answer at the moment. I think the defence needs work and maybe something in midfield.

If he'd have said "Muhammad" rather than "Jesus" would you have passed comment? It's a link from a site specifically about Christianity in football, so if it was about Islam and football, yes I probably would have said something to put it in context and show that I'm not just sharing religious material. I'm entitled to say what parts of an article I do or don't agree with. Maybe I could've done it more respectfully. |
