Ryan Crump has signed in time for today's FA Cup clash against Kidderminster. Goalkeeper who's had spells Liverpool and Blackburn youth and played for Southport last year. He's also a Chester lad.

Started out in the Wrexham academy before moving to Liverpool at 14. Interesting signing, Mitchell is third choice for a European-chasing top flight side and needs to be playing games.

Mitchell will be on his way surely? No way a squad as thin as ours needs three keepers.
Personally I think we should pick a keeper and stick with him for a while. Lynch might well have been dropped last week had Mitchell not been on international duty, and he had the game of his life. Give him 10 games or so and see how he gets on.

I can only assume Mitchell is going back. We certainly don't need 3 keepers, especially when we are short in other areas
