But, the level of vitriol aimed at him directly from a crowd he was physically close to was, in my view, almost counter-productive
Problem is, we ain't got a ready replacement
I tend to agree. I booed the team yesterday. They were all bad. But I’ve always thought picking on one player like yesterday counter productive.
