It's about time the truth about the money we are due for alibis transfer to tranmere.will we get it ? When ? It must be made transparent by tranmere fc or league officials.this money could get us a decent player in.are we pressing the issue or waiting for something to happen.chester board get your finger out out and press for a decision sooner rather than later.or put in a complaint to stop this happening again.it's a bloody joke now.

I wouldn't worry, we won't get much for 5-7 grand, maybe a new carpet for the legends lounge

There is nothing any club can do to stop it happening. Alabi was out of contract and was free to move after rejecting our contract renewal offer, so you need to understand that we didn't 'sell' him (if we did then the lack of money would be an issue!). Due to his age we are though entitled to compensation (thankfully the club officials did the contract offer paperwork correctly this time), but as this is likely to be a FA tribunal it is again something that is really out of our hands as they are not normally quick. Just chill and stop blaming the board for a situation that they are not to blame for.

The board aren’t the ones to point the finger st. It’s the FA who don’t care about things like this and put any decision back months.

It's obvious. The FA only care about their beloved premier league. Clubs in non league are just a sort of annoyance to them. It's a disgrace that a club can lose a player to another club, whist he is allowed to play for that 'other' club with no money changing hands for the transfer. A senario...A player leaves to join another club (who don't think he is worth what is asked for him)The player scores the winner in both matches played against his 'former club' thus helping to take 6 points off said 'former club' who are waiting for the FA to get their finger out and sort out the fee to enable 'former club' to fund a replacement because of the tribunral. All hypothetical but what if this did happen, would it be fair?

I wish people would stop using the word "transfer" because it isn't a transfer - Alabi was a free agent.
