Only skimmed through the thread but have you tried calling the club with you're query and asking them to call/email you back?
I've called and always had a call same or following day.
Not making any excuses as email's ought to be enough but a call might help?

I have sent 3 e-mails now 1 to info @ Chester and 2 to MM, and still have not had any reply as of yet! so I know how you feel poolpirate if I had got my travel expenses back for the Eastleigh game I would have donated them back to the club,via Marcus Bignot squad builder, the communications from the founder members of club were very good but has gone backwards in the last 3-4 years since they have left, I have e-mailed the club before now about different problems ie 2 sponsorships which was never sorted and the club e-mailed me at the end of the season to ask if I was the person who had sponsored the 2 deals, the person who took my monies is no longer with the club! on the same day as I paid for the sponsorships i paid for my Grandchildren to join the junior blues, and I never heard from the club again and my Granchildren lost out! can"t ever see me e-mailing the club ever again
