Maybe the Non-league Expert AVFO can clarify on this matter but isn't there a link between Burscough's recent troubles and this sad story? A couple of Google clicks appears to show this.

Don't know the full story, but Burscough were homeless when we were in the Evo Stik and played at Skem. Can imagine there might be a role reversal now. |

Then if you look up details of the landlords of Stormy Corner it's mentioned again. |
