Hannah, turnbull, Mahon, waters and James. We can work with that really plus 2 are upcoming youngsters although I'd guess Hannah is on a bit of a wedge. Bignot might as well start scouting players up for the North. |

James and turbull are taking the piss. They are both far better players than their lazy performances have shown this season. Hannah is finished, as is possibly Mahon and waters needs loaning out. As above, throughly depressing.

How many training sessions has Hannah been able to make this season? He's not a shadow of the player he was two years ago. Second to every ball and his lack of running at times is shocking. Running the channels was how he was so successful in his first stint with us, now he just looks like a statue who can't read the game around him.

You have to wonder if any of McCarthy’s summer signings - Hannah, McCombe, Halls, LRT, White James and Turnbull, were watched or properly evaluated. Some would appear to have been signed on past reputation and matey with "nice guy" Jon. They were all well at home in Jons cosy Club but are hopefully becoming more uncomfortable in MBs more demanding regime.

As Wrexham fans said at the time when you lot were dancing in the streets over the signing of Hannah, he only wants to train part time. That's why Keates said no thanks. I bet he couldn't believe his luck when you lot offered a 2 year deal. Sadly you're stuck with him or it's going to cost a fortune 😂

Some would appear to have been signed on past reputation and matey with "nice guy" Jon. They were all well at home in Jons cosy Club but are hopefully becoming more uncomfortable in MBs more demanding regime. McCarthy’s recruitment was always a concern, there seemed to be very few signings that actually showed a strong level of research as a good number had been at local clubs in the same league or he’d worked with them before. Akintunde the year before was one of the very few who McCarthy signed who didn’t slot into those categories (and I think he’d been on trial at the club first). |
