Just bought a couple of tickets this morning for the East Stand, numbered 20 & 21 A bit worrying! We need a couple of results and decent performances to spark some interest or we could be looking at a sparse home crowd. Equally, I suppose, a bit of a marketing blitz might help things along. Step forward "marketing" director.....

If we don't pick a result or two before prior to the game we could be looking at one of the lowest home gates for a derby in many a year.

But what I'm saying is they don't give you thetion to pay it Look again the prices include postage Somewhat amateur. The web store is powered by Shopify, and already has the functionality built in to set a per-order shipping cost at checkout. Purchasing multiple tickets, you could be looking at £5+ postage fees for a first class (second class?) stamp worth about 65p. Would also have taken about 25 seconds to add a "Tickets" category rather than hide them all under Souveniers.

I'm amazed at people saying that they might not go as we'll probably lose.
We're playing against our biggest rivals - get down there and get right behind them!

Like when we got promoted to the National League for the first time and everyone assumed we'd get battered, but won 2-0? You may be right of course - but you'd like to think that MB would whip the lads up by then - and hopefully the new additions to the squad will add some quality.

Tbh promotion seasons aside, we've been pretty shit most of the last 20 years. Doesn't make you not support your local team. Looking forward to this derby, hopefully Bignot can get the boys going. That or James just talks the squad through his assist and Heneghan's goal 😉 Will never forget James's celebration roaring into the camera

It's quite unbelievable that some of you lot aren't going to the derby because of your lowly position etc. How many times have we seen Chester raise their game against Wrexham? League positions can mean nothing in these games. What a funny section of support you have? Boycotting the game because it was the 'Bubble'. Some even travelling to the Deva on matchday and opting to watch the game in the Blues Bar instead of hopping on a coach for an 11-mile journey... Now, the excuse is you're not going because of poor performances. There's always something isn't there... For us, there's little chance of any tickets going on general sale. Or if they do, it won't be many. The sensible thing would've been to give us more tickets in the West Stand.

One or two saying the gate will be down as we were playing poorly at the time of the original postings but surely that's common sense. We have had derbies at you're gaff for 5000 and then another year 7000 bubble or no bubble so work that one out.

Err you only have to read the 2 pages, particularly the last one, to sense a little apathy.

Well of course they will be apathy with performances like they have been, be exactly the same the other way around.
But like I previously stated no one has said they are not going cause of results so quit moaning like a baby.
You mention the boycott like it was only us who boycotted, you lot have done the same as well.
Take them goat specs of my friend.

Take a look at Prenton Park's cow shed at Tranmere v Wrexham last season, for the definition of apathy. We're talking about the Chester v Wrexham derby. Not Tranmere. Take a look at Wrexham's performances last season before the derby at Chester. Crap. We still sold our allocation. And the year before etc etc In recent years, the only time I can recall Wrexham's away following dip below 1,000 was the night the game was live on BT Sport. Gresford Disaster Memorial one minutes silence game. You can't pick holes at our derby effort.

I love discussing crowds with Wrexham fans almost as much as they think they do. I'm still waiting for them to tell me how many extra points they're awarded each season for their 'healthy' support. It’s all about £££ though isn’t it? Both being fan owned the money coming through the turnstiles is our biggest earner so gates are important to both of us. However, not going to get in a pissing competition over away followings. Genuine question though, what is the capacity of the deva with all the restrictions put in place for the derby, netting on seats etc.

Capacity...last time I heard was 4510.
But as all ticket this is reduced by 10 per cent to allow for spaces between groups of friends etc.
This makes the nett figure nearer 4050.

With 2000 Season Ticket holders I'm not surprised Wrexham will sell out especially as there sitting pretty in the league - I remember years ago playing West Bromwich Birmingham etc and they were given 2 stands - it's a shame safety measures are stifling vital revenue for smaller clubs Sitting pretty in the league but we were played off the pitch on Tuesday evening - I was there and we were awful. Hopefully that will change starting tomorrow against LO. The point is though if the league positions were reversed I would still be going - no way would I want to miss the local derby - all bets are off and it's anyones game!

Think that we will be seeing a lot of unfamiliar faces on the Harry Mac for this one as tickets are so easy to obtain, I live in deepest darkest taff land and got two posted via the official club site with no questions asked whatsoever and yes there is a disclaimer to say away fans will be ejected but that could well be too little too late .

For accuracy - it should read 'Gogs' not 'Taffs' - Taffs are South Walian. I am guessing there will be a fair few 'Gogs' in the Harry Mac because you have a decent Welsh following from just over the border including Saltney and Connah's Quay. I know quite a few of them. Are you 1967blue or 2002blue?
